I love being able to order ahead and just get it through the drive thru. With small kids saving time and not having to leave the car is great. Food is always good. Staff is very nice.
Ordered ahead on the app for counter pick up. Arrived 10 min later (at 5:50 pm) to find that they’d locked the lobby doors. Appeared they’d just locked them as they had someone cleaning tables. Called to find out what was up and they said only option to pick up the food that I’d already paid for through the app (to be ready on arrival for counter pickup) was to wait through their drive thru line that was 20+ cars deep. Terrible service.
I don't know the young man's name that works here, but he bothered to remember my name and wish me a good day... you don't expect that kind of service in fast food. He also made me to most perfectly-wrapped Veggie Fiesta burrito I've ever had from a Taco Bell.
Horrible service, trashy and very dirty. Employees do not know their job, and they don’t maintain a clean professional look. Their hygiene is an issue, they make food with gloves and don’t change then when handling money or moving items around the counter. Walked in and thought I was at a homeless shelter then realized they were the employees, Highly doubt they would pass health department inspection. A business of any sort is the direct representation of the management/manager. Poorly managed people will drive a business into the ground. Food order was wrong, items are sold out, and soda machine drain was backed up building was tainted with a musky smell. I won’t be returning. They are not online order friendly, orders time out and they will literally stop making your order, until you question them about your orders. Door dash, and Uber eats had drivers waiting 1 hour or more before they were given food but order was wrong. We ordered online at 5:30pm we walked into place at 5:45pm didn’t leave until 7:00 pm with a wrong order, cold food. The best part is there was zero employees cleaning the trashy sticky dirty tables in the dinning area but all 9 in the kitchen and they still couldn’t get it right.
I was in this location yesterday when the man who said he was "from corporate" was yelling and screaming at an elderly customer. This man was not wearing his name tag and proceeded to follow the Elderly man outside and slam the door in his face as he was yelling and cussing. I will be letting people know that this location likes to hire people who obviously have anger issues, lie and absolutely have no respect for their community.
Was there today walked right to cashier to order, not many there at 11:30. Waited 25 min. for 2 small burritos. Went to my car and waited almost 15 minutes more to get backed out because drive thru wasn't moving, would probably still be there if people waiting behind me hadn't got mad and got out of line to leave.
Your employees need to learn how to wear a hair net. Opened my taco up to find a long black hair inside it. Disgusting
The wait can sometimes be a while in drive thru but its well worth it. Food is always hot & fresh. Never a bad experience. If they mix up on an order they fix it right away.
I placed a mobile order an still had to wait in line so it defeats the purpose. It's always just thrown together. Made sloppy even for taco bell. This location is an emergency only type thing. Wish they didn't break all my taco shells when I ordered. Other than that it's taco bell....
Food was not bad but we were the third car back from the window. And it still took over 14mins to get our food. Now days service is a big thing. And they don't have it figured out. Probably won't go back.
