Waited 15 minutes just for a drink order after being seated. Was sat in the back of the restaurant and ignored by the wait staff for another 20 minutes. The food was bland and didn't taste fresh. The tables, chairs, floors, bowls and cups were all sticky and didn't seem fully washed. While waiting for our bill the server would of rather had four different personal conversations with other employees instead of taking care of us. Would definitely not recommend Sticky Garden.

We've been here a few times when visiting my in-laws, who LOVE this place! Each time, the service has been great and the sushi is always fresh and delicious! I'm a big bento box fan myself, and this place never disappoints. I wish my husband and I lived closer so we could frequent way more often!
Comprehensive sushi menu and good vegetable tempura! I'm so basic I just like California Roll and Vegetable Roll sushi, so I got that. But they have every kind of sushi roll you could ever want there. The menu is big. There is a full bar and saki if you like that. It kind of looks like a 70's movies style date restaurant. It's dark mood lighting at the tables, and there is even a conversation pit by a fireplace when you enter. There are table call buttons you can press if your waiter is taking too long which is cool. The staff is very professional and courteous from what I saw. Mochi ice cream was good for dessert.
Sushi Garden is a family favorite restaursnt. Someone asks where to get sushi we say, Sushi Garden. I used to go once a month and got to meet the owner. We told them one time a family member had passed and he gave us some free sake or rice wine. We really appreciated the sentiment since we have been going there for YEARS.

Horrible customer service, if it had happened only once it would be an accident. Unfortunately it is more often bad service than good. We have sat there for over a half hour and never even greeted, wrong order numerous times when getting take out. Quoted 20 minutes on food took over an hour, asked about an item 5 minutes before closing and they hung up on us.
Waitress is sooo friendly funny n fantastical! She makes u feel welcomed n has great taste-especially when it comes to the sake! MMM! MMM! MMM! Absolutely love the sushi rolls too!
The food was great, but my husband and I will most likely only order to go in the future. The service was odd because our waitress would repeatedly mumble and walk away before we were even done ordering. The appetizer was cold and they were out of ingredients to make the cocktail I was excited to try. Lastly, I would suggest upgrading the restaurant’s music streaming service to one that doesn’t have ads, because a random 30 second one about hepatitis during date night isn’t really the vibe. Just kind of bummed about our experience since we’d heard good things about this place.
Be prepared to wait but if you're patient the food is pretty good. Props to the greeter, waiter, and busboy, all of which were the same woman! This place could use a remodel and more wait staff, the food rules and the staff they do have are great. I will be back.
