The Eagleridge location has a guy there that knows how to make the perfect sandwich! Don't know his name but he is a rarity!

This is a good place to go to but their credit card machine is constantly down. A lot of customers I've seen go in there are rude and get upset about the stores policy when it comes to using the bathroom. The customers here are some of the rudest I've seen. Currently there are only 2 workers in total that work here so if you come in be prepared to wait because there's only so much ONE WORKER can do.
Burger King next store DIDN'T or WOULDN'T work with what we wanted stopped in at subway got a new MONSTER sub it was wonderful and the staff was great so thanks B.K. or I'd not known how yummy that sub sandwich was
Worse experience ever. Rudest employee I have ever encountered in my lifetime and we walked out. I am truly dumbfounded how this guy has a job that deals with customers in any fashion. I would never go there again since this is an obvious sign of horrible management also.Add to that the fact that the Coke machine and the credit card machines were not working that day, really makes you wonder if they’re paying their bills and doing things up to standard.

My family and I were passing through Pueblo, CO and decided to eat at this Subway since there wasn't a crowd. We arrived approx. 45 mins before closing time. We were informed that the dining room was closed because they would have to sanitize again. The employee, gave us attitude from the moment we went inside. My sister asked him if he could repeat himself because he was speaking behind a mask, his response was "I told you all already". My sister informed him that she didn't hear because she was standing closer to the door when he first spoke. Out of nowhere, the "manager" JAMIE (with no last name - she told us that although she is the manager, Jamie was all we needed to know - such professionalism). She came out of her office yelling, stating we were yelling at her worker when we were just trying to figure out what the employee was trying to say. We were SO CONFUSED on how it escalated so quickly. She was raising her voice the entire time we were there. Her mannerisms was that of a bar fighter. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER.
Place was a disgusting mess. Regretted placing my order immediately upon seeing the food prep area. Pure laziness upon staff. Worst subway I've seen.
The food was great as always. And the staff are amazing. I refuse to go to any other subway as this is the only location I have never gotten sick from, or had a bad experience with. Keep up the great work.
Experience here was heartbreaking. I looked at the fixing and they was horrible!!! The tuna was dry and old,the lettuce was brown n red, the red onions was dried up the spinach had spots all over them the counter top was dirty thr bread was cold. Long story short the sub made me sick...
Food was good and fresh staff was great and place was clean food was fast.
