The manager keeps the phone off so no calls come in and very unprofessional!! They don’t listen to directions on online orders. My last experience with the young guys there was good! I’m unsure what is going on now
new menu options out now with a few new sandwiches like the steak and Jack cheese which was pretty bomb when I had it, and a couple familiar old ones are back like the subway club which is also a favorite! also offer wraps and salad forms of 6 inch subs, and a pro version that is double meat but not double cheese?
How can a business decide that they aren't going to accept phone calls? How can I get ahold of anyone if they don't have a valid phone number? It's so frustrating to begin with that I'd have to call in the first place to complain about an order but now I'm just stuck with something I can not eat and no way to get it remade or get a refund unless I go back to the restaurant..." the phone is with our boss, not here" Also the worker didn't want to remake sandwich and was fairly rude about the whole deal. Maybe they shouldn't accept online orders if it's going to be such a big deal for them. .*note it wasn't even made correct the second time. I paid for extra bacon and got none. I was also charged more for the rotisserie chicken. So I paid way to much for what I actually got.
All lit up including the signs but the “younger generation person inside” locked the doors at 9:40 PM when the sign clearly says 10 PM every night, can we find someone that wants to do their job and actually work..???
Cleanest Subway I've seen in years. All their sandwich fixings were fresh and looked appetizing except for the tuna (which I ordered). Don't dig to get the last bit out of the tin. Change out to fresh tuna. Ugh.
This place helps me keep the weight off versus the other fast food restaurants that show very little concern about our weight.
