Last time I ate subway I ended up in the hospital for food poisoning. I just play it safe and no longer eat there or any location.
Clean and friendly. Ready for business. Had some really great subs. Not stingy either

The owner of this Subway is rude, insulting, and condescending. I tried to cancel an order, and asked for a refund, and he told me he didn't know how to do that. I mistakenly made an in-app order from this store. (I intended to order from a different Subway.) The app said to call the store to cancel the order. I called multiple times reach the store -- and on the 11th call the owner finally answered. He said he was busy, and couldn't help me -- if I didn't know how to use the app then I didn't deserve to have my money refunded.

Me and my pregnant wife had went to pickup a grubhub delivery for a client and a girl named Allison was very rude to us at this location a few weeks ago. My wife wanted to buy something to eat while we were on the road and Allison said in a very rude manner, " are you supposed to be eating on the job!" I explained that we need to eat too. And that i am a partner with grubhub and I'm basically my own boss. I asked for her name for future reference and she said why? And she was just being so rude and unprofessional towards us. Even being that my wife was clearly pregnant she was being so negative.
Worst customer service. They are VERY SLOW paced. I didn't ask for jalapeños and I got an entire HANDFULL, after saying I didn't ask for that he looked at me as if I was in the wrong... I asked for a single line of vinegrette for him to drown my sandwich in it. Cookies were still doughy....lemonade tasted watered down. Didn't give me a bag for my 2 meals, almost dropped my food and beverages. Never washed hands between sandwiches and POS. Never changed gloves between separate customer orders. And they were not wearing any aprons or name tags. Was rude to myself and all customers ahead and behind me. (Lori head of subways in Pueblo definitely needs to have a word with the employees in this store location.)

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! Extremely rude workers, we didn’t even finish our order and walked away!!!! Get some good customer service and maybe you’d keep customers!
