I walked into this subway as a door dasher. When I came in, it was raining, and there were four people ahead of me. I saw behind the counter a person working all alone who kept greeting every single customer after me also, AND kept apologizing for being the only worker that evening. Not only did he rock out every single order, but he did it, ALONE!! Was the wait a bit longer! Yeah! Was my customer and all the other customers fine with that? Yeah! Because of Anthony! He is holding this place together. After me, several more people walked in and online orders were pouring in also. Anthony kept his cool, continued to apologize for taking so long, and every sandwich looked perfect. Anthony should not only take the manager’s position, but should OWN his own subway! Because he’s clearly the only one who cares about being there to help customers in that area, and did it perfectly professional. If it weren’t for Anthony, this subway would not be what it is. I’d go back, because of him, as a customer next time. I hope Anthony sees this, he deserves a vacation to wherever he wants and a raise!

The experience with subway was good but the employee that served me was a bit in over her head. She was all by herself and had absolutely no help. I think that’s unacceptable. Why isn’t there a manager there? Or the stone owner? Or a 2nd employee. I don’t think it’s right to leave a worker all by themselves to assist customers especially with how busy subway gets. Subway, you need to do something about that. More people there, the faster you can get people out, more money you’ll make and your worker won’t be overly exhausted. If someone calls off, the manager needs to be there to help. Only 1 person during the most busiest times of the day, that’s not ok

One person was working and it took forever the lady working was terrific my guess is a bad manager

I ordered a cold cut combo 6in with Italian herb n cheese bread pepper jack lettuce red onion bellpeppers banana peppers Lil mayo oil salt n pepper and out of nowhere he also puts vinegar on my sub as well when I never said it.. He even tried to say I did but the couples behind me even told him I never said vinegar. Wraps up my sub and tells me have a nice day very rudely..... Like really.... Wow

I've tried to eat at this location twice this week both times the location has been closed by 8pm when they are supposed to be open til 10 pm.

Went 3 different times .. Completely different weeks... First time i was overcharged for my normal 6 in. I was charged over 10 bucks for sandwich alone.. No extras. Reg spicy italian. I brought it up.. The girl tried to argue and got another lady who fixed it and apologized. 2nd time i went in there the lady 2 people before me was overcharged and nobody said anything. Almost 20 bucks for 1 footlong.. No extras.. Person before me got loaded bacon with double meat.. Was rang up for a veggie sub.. I couldnt believe my eyes.. So i ordered and they once again tried to over charge.. Inmentioned it. The girl apologized immediately and fixed it. This is the 3RD time now.. I went in and ordered the same thing.. Once again same over charged total.. I was the only customer.. I said something and asked why it keeps happening. They said the same thing as before.. Oops.. Im sorry.. We will work harder to fix the issue.. Cmon bro.. 3 times .. 3 different weeks.. Many different customers.. This place is stealing from customers and obviously hooking some of them up with deep discounts.. I hope i can meet and become friends with employees so i too can get charged almost nothing for a meal.. But in the mean time.. How about charge normal prices for your food. The listed peices will work.. I know.. Crazy business plan idea right..

Ordered delivery about a month ago. Worst experience ever. No bacon, bread was the same for every sandwich (hard and stale wheat), no avocado, no veggies that were added. Tried calling for two hours without ever getting an answer. I wanted a refund because I didn't pay $58 for disgusting food! Sick and tired of the world we live in; where treating paying customers poorly is the new norm!

Unfortunately, it takes an entire 30 minutes for lunch to get your order made.No time to enjoy the sub before returning to work.
