We miss the old menu the food doesn't taste the same. My wife and I don't like the new menu!
Ordered 5 sandwiches all of them were made wrong, ended up coming back and waiting an hour for my sandwiches
Ordered a pick up order on the app. Went and picked my sandwiches up (which were each over $10 dollars) only to find the order was wrong. ??♀️
Likes to put online and delivery orders aside. Multitasking seems to be too hard for the crew here. Why can't to go orders be made as they come in and fall inline with other orders? Instead they push it aside and screw the customer and driver. They gained one star due to the few times orders did not take long. That was very few times. Overall incompetent when it comes to delivery.
Was dinner time and busy, but the guys working handled it with a smile and good service
Staff was rude. seem to have a problem with me wanting the meat on my sandwich cooked separately so that it was warm and not freezing cold like the last time I ate at subway. Also didn't spead the meat fully across my sandwich ? but whatever at least it looked better than abrendo's

The staff is always awesome, treat you like family, never make you feel rushed & and the selection is great.
I usually love coming to this Subway because its great customer service no issues. Tonight the 3 young kids working there were so rude. The lettuce they were putting in the sandwhiches was old and gross looking. Those kids were basically rushing me and my family. And just flat out one of my worst experiences at a place to eat. Definitely not happy at all with tonights experience.
I ordered on mobile app which had a 20 minute pick up time. I had to wait another 10 minutes because in-person gets their sandwiches made first. Although staff apologized profusely and made several excuses for their tardiness, it took time out of my day. Next, one of the two sandwiches was made incorrectly. I called to let them know. WARNING! You will be inconvenienced again… You MUST bring back sandwich to get refund. Another 10 minute drive for refund plus another 10 minute drive to get back home to familial needs. Subway, 100% unaccountability. Customer, 100% inconvenience. Now, that’s customer service at its finest. I asked manager who is responsible for this policy and she said “ Joe “ made that decision. Like I’d know who the heck Joe is? Found out he’s franchise owner. I called and left message for Joe. Next, let’s see if Joe Delao is interested in talking business with an Honorary Business Doctorate about his poor policy and customer inconvenience policy. I will post update. If not resolved, I will go to corporate. On the good note, staff were friendly and the other sandwich was good but I doubt I’ll be back. I don’t deserve to be mistreated due to Subway’s incompetencies. Their mistake cost me 30 minutes of my time plus no sandwich for the hubby. I guess $9 was cheap for me to learn about another poor business policy but here I am ready to give my business to a business who practices with the customer in mind.
