I’m being very generous with the second star. The sandwiches were made well which is why they got two stars but I have gone to this subway several times they are always understaffed and extremely slow. This last time was kinda the deal breaker. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before even ordering and paying. Only person in the drive thru btw and only a family and one customer inside. They took my card and charged me then proceeded to make sandwiches for other people for 30 minutes until I walked into the restaurant. It then took the man making the sandwiches 20 minutes to make my TWO sandwiches which I had to correct him several times about the order because he was not paying very good attention to the order on his paper. I know finding good employees is hard but I could have drove to the store and made my own sandwiches in this time or went to a nice restaurant with my girlfriend. I am sorry but I will never be coming to this subway again and it’s the closest to my house. It is just consistently a bad experience unfortunately. I would love if the management of this facility would reach out.
Do not order on the app , I suggest going inside. The app suggests when they should have your order ready but don't take account they are under staffed and that the 2 young workers were struggling to get orders ready, keep everything stocked. Disappointed by the sandwiches at this location. I'm surprised this Subway on Abriendo can even stay open..
Yummy footlongs! They recently updated this location, and it's so nice. Pretty high light windows in front that view greenery and the road, and small but nice seating area. Everytime I go, the staff is so nice and makes my sandwich perfectly. BE Careful walking into the restaurant. The entrance intersects the drive thru, which is bad design, but is manageable with no problem.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!I Ordered a Chicken Teriyaki 6 inch sub with chips. Cost me over 15 bucks because I used Door Dash. I ordered from DD because I've been sick and could not drive.When my sandwich arrived it was a SOGGY mess. Hardly any vegetables, and very little meat. Its was gross to say the least. I was so disappointed because I was pretty hungry .I did call the store and the young lady there could not get in touch with her own boss.This place sucks!Now I know why I Hardly ever see any cars at this store.?
I only time I would go to any Subway was if it was the only sub shop open but I must say this Subway is amazing! Fresh ingredients, lots of meats and very flavorful.
When it reopened it was great. Clean. Fast. Well. Now that a Lil time has gone by. Online orders are slow, never done on time. No meats that I order. This place went from cash to trash. Sad.
The last two times I've gone here service was very slow and there was only one poor person working during the lunch rush. We ended up leaving before ordering after waiting 15 minutes and only moving up one person in line during that time.
Gotta give a massive shout out to Amariah she was absolutely amazing completed our order fast didn't lie about the stuff they were out of. And kept a great conversation and a smile on my face the whole time we will be back for more ?
Place is an absolute dumpster fire. Never fail to screw up the order in the drive-thru.
Absolutely horrible service I waited in the drive through line for 22 minutes. When I told them how long I waited he said next time don't use the five through because we take you last. Will not return to this location again because of how rude he was.
