This place takes me back until I rralize how expensive things have gotten and Star Bucks no more . But it is a very nice place for the Coffee Lover in you and no matter what, you know you have to have a cup once in a while.?
The staff at Starbucks on Northern are amazing. They always have a smile and make small talk as you wait for your order to be filled. The wait has never been no longer than 5 minutes for me which I appreciate because I usually stop for my drink right before heading in to work.
If you can… TAKE THE TIME TO GO TO A CORPORATE STORE. This team is one of the rudest I’ve ever encountered, and I am a manager at a retail store…. So I understand busy times. I found 5 dollars on the floor… was just trying to pay it forward and asked if they had like a tip jar, lady behind the counter said very rudely “no we can’t take tips”…. Okay…. When I asked for my order she replied “I can’t take orders here”…. Okay…. I moved over to the other side and then she YELLED at me across the whole counter while 4 other people just watched me stand there. HORRIBLE customer service so PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO GO TO A CORPORATE STORE AND SAVE YOURSELF FRUSTRATION.
