Fast friendly baristas - however, the rock music was VERY loud and super super annoying. I usually find Starbucks to be a good place to get some work done while enjoying my brew, but definitely not this time - jeez, felt like I was at a damn rock heavy metal concert lmao.
They cherish your coffee but also the connection of neighborhood gathering place, a part of my morning routine. I always know I am going to get a good cup of coffee ☕.
Convenient location. However be prepared to maybe wait in line a little bit if you're in your vehicle. Always have provided excellent coffees and lattes and frappuccinos in the past do not think today will be any different. Customer service is always been very good. The location May throw you off as it appears that you're in a bank or at a bank. Just go slightly pass the drive-thru area of the banking and then you're able to get into this establishment.
I feel like a total Karen for writing this, but loud semi-club music at 7 in the morning is not going to cut it for the majority of us. Other than that, this Starbucks is decent.
It was the worst service we have ever gotten at any star bucks they refused to make our drink the way we asked she was very rude we don’t do that here!!! Very disappointed as a frequent customer…
I had my phone and card ready to pay/scan - I handed my card first letting her know I needed to pull back the screen on my phone to scan for points - she took my card , put the scanner down and said “oops”. I asked if I could get a receipt and apply the points later. -“no” she said. Well, oops she rushed the whole progress and gave me the wrong drink that has dairy. I’m allergic to dairy and already took a sip. Called this Starbucks and got the “oh no” and took my name to get another drink. I’m already half way through town - just please don’t rush your customers. If you repeat back the dairy free drink - check it. This mistake is going to cost me physically and more money than the latte
My party and I received our order and say down. I went back up to the counter to get two waters. The gal took my order for the water, put it into the register, I waited five minutes and did not receive anything so I went to sit down for a few minutes. I went back up to the counter and waited some more, I finally got the attention of one of the staff and asked for my water again.
Employees are the friendliest! When they remember your name, you know you're spending too much on $$ coffee. ❤
This Starbucks is consistently the friendliest place. The crew is always upbeat, welcoming, and warm. Many times I've thought about dropping the manager an email to let him know how much I enjoy coming to this particular Starbucks, but just haven't gotten around to it. Haven't had a bad experience yet
