DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH ISSUES THAT REQUIRE SPECIAL COFFEE!!. GO BACK TO THE LOCATION YOU ARE USED TO. ..After driving 10 hours from Oklahoma to Colorado, my husband and I decided to stop here for DECAF coffee. It was the worst coffee Ive ever tasted because they only used a SPLASH of creamer and sweetener and still not decaf. For $12 it tastes like trash and these kids they got working there are unprofessional. I went back to replace this coffee and watched them remake it and it was STILL WRONG. NEVER AGAIN!!! Dont go to this Starbucks for coffee. They are putting peoples lives at risk and need to be closed down. Read the other bad reviews.

The barista named Carly was very very very rude to me. She complained that I mobile ordered and that I shouldn't the next time. She never said hi she just got right into how my mobile order upset her. She gave me my drinks and slammed the window. Will not be coming back.
We were on our way out of town on a 15 hour drive back home to Texas. The service was friendly! We're not used to people being somewhat stoned while taking our order, but the employee taking our drive-though was nice and got the order correct, so we're fans!The employee who gave us our drinks at the window was also very friendly and sweet and hey, it was only like 7 a.m. so we appreciated the positive attitude and smile! When we're back in Pueblo, we'll definitely stop here again!
Great location, friendly, etc. HERE IS A SUGGESTION. MUSIC is way too loud for comfort. I know corporate controls air conditioning, internet, and music. Please request they turn down the volume.

So I am a pregnant diabetic. I have been ordering the same ice coffee, blended with sugar free vanilla and heavy cream to monitor my blood sugar for both me and my baby! I tried ordering this today at the same Starbucks I have been ordering this from for months!! Well the girl argued with me about and said to just get the Coffee Frappe it doesn’t have sugar or carbs?? Well I don’t work there! But she said it was no sugar no carbs! Well guess who is heading to the hospital for spiked sugar to have baby monitored ! Please listen to your customers!!! And better train your employees on your ingredients!
