Horrible customer service. Train your employees not to argue with each other during busy times. And to not be so rude to the customers

I frequent this establishment nearly everyday! So much that just about every employee knows what I order. 8 out of 10 times the drink sucks. There’s only a few who can make it correctly. Buuuut, my complaint is that employees close the store before actual closing. They close at 8 but at about 7:45 or sooner they’ve already taken apart brewing machines and such where you can’t order just about anything!! This happens quite often. What’s the point of closing at 8??? You should be able to order anything until 8 but these individuals are literally off clock at 8 on the dot!!
my day was already bad cause I failed a bio test so I wanted to go to Starbucks to make myself feel better. I asked for LIGHT ICE and they gave me ONE CUBE ? needless to say I was drinking a luke warm pink drink
Not sure if they don't know how to make drinks there but definitely not good. Just my opinion and honestly they could have been new there.
Always a good way to start the day with a Venti Carmel Machiato with a little extra kick. I love the morning crew at my Starbucks even when they are busy they always have time to say hi with a smile.
Not going to lie I only come here for Starbucks
