Constantly out of things to make ice coffee, not sure what the issue is with pueblo stores that they can't get it together. You can literally get their ice coffee and creamer at Walmart and king Soopers so not sure why the actual store can't get their own product.
I usually get the black ice tea. My granddaughter gets the Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. Always good. Always friendly staff
Slipped and fell on standing rain water on 6/1. I am 7 months pregnant and not one single person offered me help or any follow up from management. I called and made a report and District Manager has 48 hours to contact me. She has not contacted me as of today 6/9. If anyone was in the lobby the morning of 6/1 . Please reach out to me.
The cashier Bre was amazing and sweet. However, they ran out of lemonade so very disappointed

First off I’m a partner at Starbucks and I come to this location on occasion… I went there this morning and got two Frappuccinos and yes I paid for them and they first off missed the main ingredient so after I got off work I went back to the location and told them they had messed up drinks this morning and when I got up to the window staff was just completely rude to me, rolled his eyes, seemed completely annoyed, he shut the window right in my face as I was trying to hand him a $5 tip I really felt obligated because i felt really terrible and guilty because of the way they treated me. they really made me feel like I was in the wrong for them messing my drinks up. I know at my store we would never treat a customer let alone a partner the way they treated me for their mistake.
Love this location. Always clean. Staff are so friendly and lively. Best selection of Starbucks merchandise(cups). Centrally located. Highly recommended.
