The food is consistently decent, but staffing (at most Sonic's, not just this one) is a problem, especially at opening or busy times. A fairly long drive-thru line could be a very, very long wait. Sometimes too long to stick around.
Staff was rude both girls I delt with. Refused to give me sauses and the food was cold and the drink I asked for had no taste it was a regular limade and it tasted like bitter fizzy water. I used to love coming here when i forst moved to Pueblo but lately I've noticed that they went up in prices which is understandable and i wouldnt mind if I would be getting a good quality meal but the bread was soggy and the meat was cold. I really hope that things change and get better. I mean no hate or disrespect in writing this I just want to express myself because i went back around to let the drive thru girl know and she said there was "nothing she could do and to deal with it".
Our orders are always right and the carhops are friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. Their ice cream shakes are the best!
No straws for my shakes, only spoons. Shakes were sloppy with ice cream and other ingredients on outside of cups making cups sticky. Very little whipped cream and no cherries.Carhop literally asked me if he could keep the $4 in change!
Overall kind of disappointed in the service here, I have been coming to this Sonic's for year's now and never had my order messed up like I did today. First they couldn't hear me right I guess because I had to repeat myself three times just for them to forget about my cherries. ☹️ An also the right size of drink I ordered!!! Yet I guess it was fixed in a timely manner for how packed it was, hence the three stars...
I've always liked the people and service here, but have stopped coming by since the store seems to have quit taking orders from their mobile app, meaning the discounts and special offers in the app and the faster service that comes with it have gone away. And the app now let's you add tips, too. Don't know why or what the issue is; originally thought it was a temporary problem but it's been well over a month now.
Shakes are never mixed right, I understand it's very busy but some if the staff looks like they are just standing around talking while the ones who are working are busting their butts to get stuff done(maybe why shakes are not mixed right) Food isn't too bad but when we pay for the shakes and they are not mixed right it ruins the whole sonic name! I did call the number on receipt and was told I could get a medium shake if I download the app but I paid for a medium and a large. So then was told another option is to have management get a hold of me. so I took that option still have not heard a thing. So customer service is horrible as well. Did Google review and was told to call number on receipt lol
It is hit and miss. Sometimes you get really good food other times it isn't very good. I don't understand why. Possibly different cooks or too long of shifts from being understaffed. Not going to make excuses for them. It is not my place. At least the service has been pretty good and pretty consistent.
Food was great. Banana shake was amazing and the service was great.
If you like roaches in your food then this is the place for you! They offered a free cheeseburger in return of the roach grilled cheese ?? No thanks on that
