Amarette went above and beyond for me, she handled my complaint the way a customer service representative should. She didn't get all mad and take it personally she completely understood and responded accordingly. The last few customer service representative encounters I had were awful.. and it's sad to say that they were managers! I had forgotten that there are still people out there who actually know what customer service is about. Perfect example, keep up the good work!

Sonic is a 5 star ! They were out of onion rings. Onion rings are #1!!!!!!!!! A burger is a good burger with onion rings its Great burger!
The service was okay, ice cream tasted different than normally. We couldn't get out of the drive-in. There's was cones scattered, frustration and no patience. We used to enjoy these family ice cream trips, now I think it's best we make ice cream at home.
Service and product seem to be adequate enough for fast food but the driveway for drive-thru at this location can make it difficult to get out and sometimes even hard to get into. The whole drive-thru thing is not fixable due to the placement of the Sonic and surrounding businesses so it isn't something I feel they should lose rating over..
Food was amazing! I'm glad they are using foil wrappers again. My food was warm! My carhop, Dallas was so awesome!
Ordered a Quarter lb double cheeseburger and was given one patty I drove back to show them and get it replaced with what I was charged for and they kept trying to make me buy another sandwich when they charged me for a double already but gave me one with only one patty and one slice of cheese, so why would I need to pay for another to get what I already paid and asked for but you didn't make properly? Literally sat there for 3 minutes going back and forth with this guy having him try to tell me they charged me for what they gave me for but then I showed him my receipt and he was like yeah okay well for this one it's $3.something?? And now my bf looks on his bank statement and sees they charged us 2x for the first order that was $11 ?
It's nice that Sonic hires the mentality handicapped. Unfortunately I don't have the patients to take 10, yes 10 minutes to explain I want a hotdog with ketchup and pickles only.
