I grew up in Colorado so I know what a good burrito should taste like. We showed up at this place after ordering over the phone just to find a dirty restaurant and when I received my burritos ? they were like child size and cold! Seriously the smallest burrito ever, the insides were basically all over the outside. They have no concept of a hand held burrito. When I went back in to let them know they were cold she straight up said I can remake them and then nuke them in the microwave so they let are warmer. Who microwaves tortillas!!! Terrible all the way around!!!!

Great food & service, long standing corner joint, with great food. Small homey place, but don’t let that turn you away! If you need sterile & modern everything, go eat a chain restaurant in Springs, you want a great home cooking Pueblo meal, stop at Rita’s and enjoy!
I will give them 1 star for a very friendly staff. I read some reviews before I came here. They must be written by people who smoke cigarettes and can't taste their food. This seems to be an old locals favorite hangout but if you're looking for yummy food keep looking.
Yummy green chile! I got the huevos rancheros! Very good for a small restaurant! Will definitely be back to eat there again. Was in Pueblo visiting and not too many restaurant as good as this out there! My compliments for great food!

Went to breakfast here for the first time. A lot of great options on the menu and great prices. Had the sausage and egg breakfast with green chili and potatoes and a pancake. The green chili is a gravy just how I like with good cheese. The potatoes were amazing and crispy and go great with the green chili. Some of the best food I've had in Pueblo. Really enjoyed my time.
Food terribly. The restaurant looks like a two-year-old decorated it. It was dirty and smell like puke. You couldn’t even tell who work their because works didn’t wear uniforms. The waitress ignored us and we had to wait for long time for check. There bathrooms is located outside . I was told go through where food comes out is how get to bathroom. When I look at what could see of kitchen it looks as dirty and there was tv on counter they were watching tv instead lol f taking care of customers.
Rita's has great food and customer service. The place makes you feel like part of their family. One of Pueblo's best Mexican restaurants for years. As a Pueblo native, I now drive over 60 miles to go there as often as I can to eat there and also did take out during pandemic.
