Tried the Mac n cheese for the first time, pleasantly surprised it was really good. The restaurant itself was a little warm but over all it was pretty good. I mean you can't expect great, it's fast food.

Best service of any Popeyes I have been to. While we ate the Manager even came out to check on each guest. They were busy but they didn't pack in hospitality.

The crew that was working the night I was there were very unprofessional. One employee was constantly using a vape and constantly giggling loudly, the manager on duty didn't say anything to her about it and was actually goofing around being loud as well. Myself and a few other dine in customers saying something about how long it was taking them to complete everyone's order. The drive through had a line that went almost completely around the store and back to the street. I hope something changes for the better soon.

I was in Pueblo today running errands, and as I always do when I'm there, I stopped by Popeyes to get a spicy chicken sandwich. I was told they weren't serving sandwiches due to frozen buns. Oh no, what to do?? I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal. The chicken pieces were big. They were hot, juicy, and the skin was perfectly crispy and delicious. They forgot to put my side in the bag, so I went back to get it. I went inside and everyone was working their tails off. They were friendly and efficient under less than ideal circumstances. I really hate to read all the negative reviews. I will continue to stop there whenever I am in Pueblo, and if I have to be flexible and gracious for whatever issues they are facing at the time, I will.

In reading other recent reviews, I can honestly say that the service tonight was phenomenal! I don't know if Michael is a new manager or not, but hang on to him! He and his crew were spectacular! Quick service, fresh & hot food, and hands down, the BEST Popeyes we've been to between Colorado Springs and Pueblo... we have been so disappointed in several Popeyes locations in the Springs. Both quality and service in all stores up there have gone down since the beginning of the pandemic and never recovered. Kudos to this Pueblo location.... it literally might be worth driving down here if you have a craving for Popeyes. And way to go Michael, food and service were top- notch this evening!!!

The people were nice and I’m got through the drive through pretty quickly. The bad part about this experience was the food itself. It literally had no flavor. No salt or anything. The mashed potatoes (barely a serving size btw) had more flavor than the chicken. Besides the fact that they were sad little pieces of dried up meat anyway. Very unfortunate experience.

They never have the right am out of chicken or they will tell you it will take an hour to put down and cook or that there machines are down or that they can't take your card because something went wrong with there credit card machine or that they don't have a certain mount of change for a 20 !! And they are soooo rude .. And when I did get a 5 piece chicken i got 4 wings that were so dry and cake on batter that took 30 min to get i got a dinner that came with mash potatoes with gravy and I got a spoon full of mash potatoes and they forgot to put the gravy and my biscuit look like someone took a bite out of it it was half gone. This place needs to be shut down or get someone in there that knows what they are doing !! I will never ever go back there ever again ?

I must say with regret, A 1 star rating for Popeyes on hwy 50 Pueblo CO. I made the mistake of coming back to this Popeyes after the last visit back in February this year..The visit I had this past February should of been a lesson learned!!! They had no chicken ready when I arrived at 6pm. They said it be a 20 minute wait..so I parked and waited..and waited.. and waited..An hour went by and no chicken. I was told ten more minutes. As I was waiting and frustrated , there was a man in the parking spot next to me. He got out of his car with receipt in hand and walked in the restaurant he came out a few minutes later visibly upset!!! I rolled my window down and asked him if he was waiting for chicken to??? He said to me I have been waiting for my 12 piece family meal for 1 hour and 45 minutes and still no chicken. I am leaving he said to me and was very upset!!!! I knew I wasn't going to be getting my meal any time soon?? Sure as S**t.. I waited 2 hours in the parking lot and I had finally received my order..I ordered mild all dark meat and I was given hot not mild chicken with white meat ( breasts) I was at this point ?????? and my family was at home hungry wondering were I was???? I left the restaurant and didn't bother to try to get my order corrected. I'd probably would of waited another hour or 2??? I made the mistake and went back tonight and they were out of chicken again!!! They were out of shrimp as well.. they were out of two of 3 deserts they had on there menu...they had, no Dr pepper, no red beans n rice . I managed to get a few pieces of mixed chicken and was lucky to get that..they had no thighs either....I left $26 lighter in the wallet with an order that wasn't what I wanted...So sadly this was certainly my last time visiting this Popeyes on hwy 50 in Pueblo. . I hate leaving bad reviews but people need to know to save there ?????????and Avoid this Popeyes !!!!!

Overall was ok, as usual. The chicken was pretty fresh but similar to my last few trips here, the sides were pretty stale. Also, they only had wings and thighs left for the night. They were out of Mac n cheese as well. The annoying part was this was 58 minutes before they closed. Not sure why this was so far away from close.

Simple order-8 peace, spicey. Result 3 thighs, 3 wings, 1 breast, 1 drum stick-regular not spicey. Since I live 1/2 hr away i was stuck with the order but I won't be going back.
