This Popeyes is the worst one in town I don't know how they get fake 5 star reviews when they clearly can't get orders right. Today I got hard biscuits as usual and part of my order was missing. Drinks tasted like an old flat soda because the machine that clearly needs cleaning but never gets cleaned. They refused to give me my money back so I sat at the window and refused to move until I got my money back for the missing and old food they served me. They called the cops and got told I wasn't committing a crime. Got my money back after 15 20 minutes and now I'm going to call the health department because Karen wants to try me like that! I'm priority now huh? ?As others have said sometimes they don't even have food, at least 2 things on the menu are always out at any given time. Done. Sad I have to leave this kind of reviews for one of the only chicken places in town.
EVERY TIME I come here they tell me it’s gonna be a 20-30 min wait for chicken! This time I come through the drive thru and as I pull up and the girl tells me it’s gonna be a 30 minute wait for ALL of their items. How is that even possible to have to wait 30 minutes for strips that take 3 minutes to. cook? Mashed potatoes are supposed to be made already? I just don’t understand? I see 2 employees standing outside smoking cigarettes. One of them was covered in flower so I’m assuming he was the cook. Maybe if their employees weren’t standing outside smoking then they would have chicken ready when their customers come to order ! After all this is a chicken place! How the hell are they ALWAYS OUTTA CHICKEN?!
My wife loves popeyes. I won't eat it because every time something is wrong. Drinks wrong or wrong order completely. Today my wife wanted Popeyes and I thought I haven't had I ll give it a try. Get home and Popeyes comes through with wrong and missing food. As always thanks for stealing my money
The last three times I went they were "out" of everything I tried to order, including chicken. I understand the supply chain issues, but being out of chicken three weeks in a row as a Popeyes? I don't know about that one.
Good food. The crispy breading is actually crispy, compared to the other big chain. They could step up their game on the side dishes though. (I like the variety, but the quality could be better)
This place is owned and run by the most lazy group of individuals ever! They never have anything and you can tell it's just because employees are lazy and don't wanna make anything. There's always some kind of issue with the chicken which is almost the only thing they serve. They always say their credit card machine is down. All of which you can tell is just the employees not wanting to deal with anymore customers. Used to always happen 2 or 3 hours before they close; now it happens at 12 when lunch is supposed to be ready. Do not waste your time going here and just go to KFC down the street on Prairie. They at least have their products all the time!
The fits was great the staff was friendly and the environment was nice. It's always nice when you don't want to cook to go out and grab something quick I would definitely recommend here if you are craving chicken. The only downside was the sweet tea was watered down.
This got back from a terrible experience. Normally I love popeys fried chicken, it was my favorite until today. My husband and I both ordered diet drinks which wwe ended up with regular and the mac and cheese obviously has been sitting there for hours because it was crusty and hard and the biscuits was rock hard. We did get a full refund but we will not be returning. And the manager was less then friendy and offered no reciept and even though she's the one that took our order expected a receipt.
Seems like every time I go to the drive thru, something is wrong. First time I didn't get any dipping sauce. Second time the food was cold. This time the card reader went down. I don't think I'll try my luck at this location again.
I'm not one that generally likes to leave bad reviews but my experience yesterday was far less then even mediocre. Went to Popeyes and ordered a 4 piece chicken dinner. Asked for mac and cheese for a side and they were out so I got mashed potatoes instead. Fine.. when I asked for coke they were out of it.. Asked for sprite instead and got that resolved. Ok.. When I left I was eating my chicken and was questioning why I only got 3 pieces... maybe the employee misheard me... I literally found my fourth piece of chicken hiding under the breast which wasn't big to begin with. I don't know how they even got away with serving this tiny wing and even the drumstick I got was smaller then average. Then I go to take a sip of my sprite-nothing but carbonated water. I go back and let them know about my sprite and get it replaced with lemonade (my boyfriend's orange soda was watered down so I didn't wanna try that) and the lemonade tasted gross. I'm not one that is generally picky at all but this is ridiculous. Photos only show 3 piece of chicken. Also, the employee needs to work on her customer service skills because she had an attitude.
