Took the money off the card but didnt get the order and had to reorder in store didnt get to use my points either Still no refund on my order

Customer service is absolutely horrible here! Ren the cashier was so awful, was beyond rude and made such a scene over dressings. If you order pizza hut do not order from this location!
I ordered on line @ 2 pm for carry out to be picked up @ 4 pm my pizza was dry like it had been setting since I placed the order
This location is consistently inconsistent. Sometimes I get perfectly cooked pizzas with fluffy crusts that will literally make you say mmm when you bite into it. However more often than not my pizza is completely burned from bottom to top with flat cardboard crust and cheese maybe 2 shades from being completely black. Needs cooked less and it's not worth paying for at current standards.
The person cutting my pizza should have a mask on. Employees were in dinning area without masks on. Three employees inc. shift manager were smoking outside by the front door. Gross smell of cigarettes by front door and in lobby when door opened. None of the three employees went to a wash station after smoking but proceeded to work station. Pizza was not regular but was thin and crispy and sauce was not included with wings had to drive back to get sauce.
The crust on our pizzas was real thin and cardboard like, this needs to be fixed. I remember when Pizza Hut had really good pizza but the last 3 times we have ordered, we have had this problem with the crust and they were dry, not enough sauce.
My order was wrong, the pizza tasted terrible, it was thin crust and was supposed to be thick. The wings were boneless instead of having the bone and they were not good either. I will never buy Pizza Hut again.
Only half my order was delivered, when I called they put me on hold 3 times before asking if I wanted the rest of my order or a store credit. When I said I wanted it they said okay it will be there in about 30 min.
Pizza is not what it once was pan pizza looks and taste like hand tossed Pizza hand toss pizza looks like thin pizza not sure what happened pan pizza used to be so fluffy and good and now it just went to hell Pizza Hut needs to get it together I will not be ordering from there again.
We order every week and every week at least one of our pizzas is cold or overcooked. We just warm the cold ones and scrap off the burnt parts of the overcooked ones.
