This Pizza Hut has always given us good service. We will continue to come here. =)
Charged me $43.01 but didn't get my order, been on the phone. For 15 waiting for someone to pickup now here I am 5 min left until they close and won't answer of course because they figure after they close that's it for them, so I guess I just got robbed will be calling corporate.
If I could give it a zero star I would lady that was working was rude as hell gave me my pizza and threw my receipt at me stated she was the only one working. Not my fault you can't keep employees, after seeing the other reviews makes sense last time order from this place!
I tried another pizza that I hadn't eaten in several years and then ordered, later from Pizza Hut. Both were stuffed crust and the Pizza Hut had so much more flavor.
We have gave this Pizza Hut several chances and they have been nothing but attitude every single time. Usually takes at least 5 minutes for anybody to acknowledge while you're there, and then it's usually a 10 minute wait after that. We have been notified that customers have reached out for simple requests and they have experienced nothing but attitude as well. We do not recommend working with this Merchant unless the payout is extremely well.
Everyone stop and listen. If you want an amazing pizza, wings, or Cinnabon desert rolls, go to the Pizza Hut on Northern in Colorado. Folks, this place puts love in their product and staff are 1st class. The Pizza is always made superb the wings are super juicy and have lots and lots of sauce and the Cinnabon rolls top off an amazing meal.
Don't bother giving them special instructions they're not going to follow them anyway they need to remove that option from their website I asked for plates they have none and then the worker gives me about four napkins when we ordered two large pizzas breadsticks and I even tipped the guy which I should have never done. So I give them another chance today March 22nd order my food online I go into the store to pick it up and they try charging me double of what the price said online the northern location in Pueblo Colorado has got to be the worst there is
Pizza didn't have enough cheese to cover sauce. Crust was overcooked. Cheesesticks were barely that. Didn't get enough marinara a fourth of a small cup. Same place ripped me off 4 free pizzas 3 years ago. Nothing has been improved if not get less for your money now.
I tried placing an order online, continued to get an error stating something was wrong with the card number or zip code I did this about 5 times finally called the store to order first time card was declined do to something miss I assumed it was my zip code so we tried one more time but this time it said declined and nothing else so I apologize and let the gentleman know I was going to check my zip code with the bank. Well to my surprise there was no money in my account because I had several charges from pizza. Bank tells me my money is on hold and to make sure they don’t bring me over 300 dollars worth of food. So I call the store they have no proof. I am going through it trying to get my money i never even got pizza from Pizza Hut because it kept saying my card info was incorrect. I have called the store spoke to two different managers both very rude and said they can’t do anything about customer service wants me to wait 1-3 days as if we just have all this money. I will never ever buy pizza from here ever again.
I will no longer order and pay via the website....for the second delivery in a row, my order was wrong...for all future orders (very iffy), I will pay in cash...but not until I inspect the pizza first, thus delaying the delivery person....for whatever reason, this Pizza Hut has not be reliable since rebuilding the store and hiring new staff....
