I ordered 2 pass key special's, onion rings, and mushrooms, the special's did not have any flavor and believe me their was nothing special about them, the onion rings were barely half decent, but the mushrooms were absolutely horrible, greasy, mushy, cold and just fell apart. The fries that came with the special's were actually good.
What a cool family-owned restaurant! The cheeseburgers are awesome and so is the green chili! The staff was super super friendly and efficient! My waitress never let my drink get below the halfway mark before coming to check on us.
One of the best places I have ever had a hamburger at in store!! So good,not greasy,with French fries that were also not greasy!! The service was also great, no waiting in line, and everything was just as we had wanted!! My husband loves the supers with provolone cheese. We also ordered the munchers with ranch. Waitstaff was kind and patiently waited for me to read the menu as I am blind as a bat..(really,really blind) Just a nice lunch outing with my spouse and of course ordered another special for my grand-daughter to take home! Not to mention those fabulous giant chocolate chip cookies!
Was very disappointed in the food. I ordered a passkey special with onion rings that came with approx. 6 onion rings the size of a lime. That was around 1/4 of the onion ring bag they are put in. There was also another order of a full size onion ring for my daughter that had approx. 8 onion rings in there. That was half of the bag it was put in and I paid 20.00 for all of it. I I gave 2 stars because the young people working there are nice if not it would have been less.
My food was amazing every bite of it. The staff was very helpful and kind to us. I recommend the signiture sausage Sandwich for sure!
This place has been amazing most times we have visited and we are normally delighted with the food and service. There are times that you can tell the cooks are taking short cuts or just not doing what they should all together and you will receive undercooked meat or fried mushrooms that are still cold in the middle. These small issues would not take much away from the experience if the cooks would do the correct thing and remake the food rather than try to re-cook or re-fry the food they messed up in the first place since this never turns out right.
Ordered spaghetti dinner and rigatoni dinner. Both were very good.
Ordered take out. Quick service. Food is good. Portions seem smaller.
