I finally decided to try it and it was a no. The bowls we ordered had hardly any entree and all rice. Beef and broccoli was all broccoli and like 4 pieces of beef and the scoop of orange chicken was sad. Rice tastes just like my mom used to make, flavorless. Take your business elsewhere.
I love eating here and the food and prices are great, but the service could be much better!!When I'm ordering food, the person helping me will suddenly ignore me and start working on a drive through order. This has happened several times. You need to have someone dedicated to the front and staff dedicated to drive through.Always had a staff member arguing with me about who was paying for the food, she would not take my order until I clarified I was paying for both mine and my father's meal. It was very strange behavior.
The food is always great it sometimes a little slow but that is no reason for only 3 stars.Every single time I've come, I'm asked if I want to donate to the local charitythis doesn't bother me, the response to my saying no however is not appropriate appropriate I've gotten attitude Nothing said nothing done but the attitude alone drove me away from Continuing to goThe last 4 months of my stay in Colorado I avoided this Panda Express altogether!Charities are great but if you're going to give attitude when somebody declines to contribute you're going to drive away far more than charity and you're missing the point of charity of charity.I hope the right people read this people read this so that maybe they can curve this attitude.
Panda Express has always been a good option for a quick meal. It's not our top choice, but it's good for those lazy days when I don't feel like cooking. It's a filling and affordable meal for a family. Our favorites are the Orange Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, and Beijing Beef, plus the noodles and veggies.
Asked for sample and manager was snappy about saying they couldn't. Also he seemed to rush everyone but other employees were very helpful and that's why they get a 3 star and not a 1.Ps wasn't trying to get free food just couldn't remember what new chicken i liked
May 30th 2022 7:00pmIdiots didn't listen and got the food all wrong and forgot one of our meals that they never listen to even add to the order. Girl at the window talked super fast.So sad drove all the way from PW for nothing.
Terrible at fulfilling their pickup orders. No matter when they tell you to pick it up or when they report to UberEats that they've completed your meal they won't start making it until you walk in the door and specifically ask them to do so. It then gets added to the end of the queue in our case an extra 22 minutes.
So for 1 they didn't have 3 other items I wanted to order that was on the menu, then I go ahead and get something I didn't want. Then I drive all the way home to pueblo west not thinking I have to check my meal I look and have no orange chicken, just the ONE part I ordered. So not only get charge for something I did not receive but also not wasting gas and time after a 14 hour shift to have them fix my order. Then ask for an extra fortune cookie for my kid and thats a big no... okay. Well best of luck.
Just shut it down please. I keep giving this panda more and more chances but I don't think it will ever live up to other locations. The chicken(orange and honey sesame) was so hard it was not edible. The chow mein smelled super burnt.and tasted just as bad. I hate leaving bad reviews but I just had to. One out of every ten times the food tastes fresh but if you aren't there when they open chances are it's rock hard. Girls at the window always seem like they really hate being there too. I'm sure it's just a pueblo problem that you cant get the staff but in that case just shut down the restaurant for good
This is one of my favorite places to eat. They have all of their food cooked in front of you and there's a bunch of different dishes so you have fresh choices in front of you plus i'm in and out in no time. I've had Panda express in a few different states and this one is the best.
