Our waitress, Holly at the Pueblo, CO restaurant was fantastic! Her positive and friendly attitude made our afternoon lunch with our 3 year old nephew even more enjoyable! It was nice to be served by someone who respects herself and others.

Seated right away with 5+ people standing at the host station. Sat for over half an hour. Saw 2 different bussers, someone with a mic and someone came by to clean the floors around my table. Area I was sat in had 3 other seated tables with wait staff checking on them. I wasn't acknowledged after being seated by a single one of these people. No one asked for my drink order. No one asked if we needed anything. No one. I don't mind if staff is busy and there is a wait to be seated. I understand understaffed. I do mind being seated and forgotten. Unacceptable.
The food I ordered was NOT what I ordered. It was cold and the strawberry ? short cake was such a small piece I barely enjoyed it. The only good thing was the waitress. She was nice, polite so she got a good tip.
We love in the Springs and drove to Pueblo for an outstanding meal. The servers were so amazing. We were a party of 15, but each of us were treated as though we were a party of 1! The food was very tasty, soup - delicious.A great time at a wonderful restaurant!!
Always a decent lil spot to for something quick. New bartender was cute. They kinda threw her to the wolves but she held her own ?? food was... olive garden. Chicken marsala is my go to... service was spot on. ?? always a good time. Kinda upset I didn't get my Andes chocolate ? ?.....
Marco was an amazing server. The food was good atmosphere was awesome Hostess was a little preoccupied so it took us a minute to get seated but all in all 10 Stars for the local Olive Garden
Had dinner with my large family tonight. A challenge with 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 small children. We also split the check 3 ways. The team handled everything so well! All our food was delicious, and we all had plenty of left offers to take home. The kids loved the games on the tablets. Our server David did well. The manager checked in to make sure we were doing well.Bailey, a server from the section next to us, noticed how large our group was so she decided to check on us every single time she passed by on her way to and from her multiple tables. She grabbed quite a few things for us and helped with serving all the food and grating cheese on everything. We made sure to tip her in addition to our server. She tried to refuse, because she wasn't our server. She was so great and made it more enjoyable so we insisted she keep it. Bailey deserves a raise or promotion for taking the initiative and helping her co-workers while expecting nothing in return. We definitely will return!
We had an amazing anniversary dinner. The waiter was awesome and very attentive. The food was wonderful.
Our waitress was awesome, first she brought out our super salad and some bomb tea, my table really clicked with her, service was perfect and at the end of our stay she gave us a good sized portion of brownie lasagna. 10/10 we love you, I’m sorry we never got your name:(
