Everything was great! Waitress was friendly fast service, draft beer was nice and cold,
We took our kids to eat to celebrate great achievements during their school year. Our youngest ordered a kids pepperoni pizza. When it arrived, we expressed concern to our server, Zeke, that the pizza was burnt. The pepperoni was so overcooked it was dried up and the crust was burnt as well. He took it back to the kitchen and told us it would be just a few minutes to make a new one. We were all almost finished with our meals when it arrived. We couldn't believe it....it was the same pizza we originally got with more pepperoni just thrown on top!! I was so angry. Once again we told Zeke, who returned it to the kitchen and we waited AGAIN. We were all finished by the time it arrived and had to take it home for her to eat. (She ate some of all our plates in the meantime) I should've asked Zeke to see the manager, I didn't. But it should also be said that I only caught a glimpse of her for a brief moment during our hour and a half debacle. We will never go there again. Colorado Springs has a better one. I did snap a picture of the burnt pizza we received with the new toppings tossed over top.

Sehr gutes Essen und freundliche Bedienung
I'd love to rate this location higher, because I've really enjoyed eating here and at other Old Chicago locations in Colorado in the past. However, the quality has gone down significantly in the last 5 years (maybe that's indicative of chain restaurants in general, I'm not sure). The last time eating here was disappointing - the dishes were cooked fine but very bland, and the wait time was surprisingly long compared to previous experiences. The staff were great, however, and so if you enjoy Old Chicago this one is worth a look, at the very least.
So Girls day out. Believe me, all 3 of us can afford to pay for our meals. We ordered the lunch special of individual pizza’s and a salad. Salad was good. We waited 30 min for the pizza ( it was not very busy at all) pizza came COLD. We asked for it to be corrected. They remade the pizza, they said 6-6 minutes. It was another 15. I expected the bill to be adjusted some. Waitress gets the manager. He says, “Well, we remade it” yes! But we waited 45 min! He says, “ I can adjust it a buck or two’Forget it! Just forget it. They take the bill away to adjust it and it comes back the same.I have always liked O.C. Guess what….We won’t be back.
Not bad. We arrived at 9pm, waited for about 5 minutes to be greeted and seated. Food was fresh, pizza was great. Wings weren't awesome, but they were...... Wings. Wouldn't be my first go-to for good wings. Gluten free pizza was on point. Highly recommend any pizza here. Enjoy.
Maxeen is the best waitress!!! She is quick with our drinks and constantly attentive to our table every time we come in. So many options for tap beer and bloody Mary’s are always good. Food is good wings, pizza and chicken tenders are our faves!
Order was completely forgotten, waited an hour before getting food.. manager compensated delay with complimentary salad. Italian melt not worth it. More bread than toppings. One slice of each meat.. No mayo, even though menu said it comes with it. Waffle fries aren't crispy, really potato-y. Caesar salad was excellent with plenty of dressing, flavorful croutons, large parmesan cheese shavings. Service was slow, not attentive, did not provide full order, food was waiting in window for quite awhile and became cold. Fried chicken tenders on kids meal tasty, with batter light and crunchy.
It was a horrible experience. They made us move tables because we had a baby with us. Then the pizza came out and the crust was completely raw. We waited for 25 minutes to get refills on out water, I had to take our glasses to the bar to get refills of water. After 1 hour we finally got a replacement pizza and it was partially raw. The waitress was horrible and so was the management. The manager held a hot pizza over my 9 month old granddaughters head and when we asked politely to not do that, she set the hot pizza directly in front of the baby within her reach. Don't go to the Pueblo Old Chicago. It's not worth your time or frustration.
