Customer service was great, especially Gabbie. The food was hot ,made to order and tasted good. You order a noodle bowl, you can get a protein or add whatever you want, they give you a # and bring it to your table, which came very fast. Only thing that I didn't like was the straws...too much like a toilet paper roll. Overall good place if you like noodles. The rice crispy was good too...made fresh.
Everything about this place is horrible. The beef is chewy and seems reconstituted. Literally tastes like a Ramen bowl from Walmart. Paper straws but single use plastic bowls and lids. Bathrooms have some code on them and when you get the code and go in, the lights go off while you’re on the toilet. The booths were all dirty. Looks like they brushed off the tables into the booth seats.
This location has improved significantly in the past year and is now one of my favorite places to eat when I'm staying nearby. I've yet to try anything I haven't liked on the menu-the Japanese noodles with chicken is my absolute favorite. If you aren't a member yet, sign up for their reward program-it does give decent coupons and discounts even with intermittent use. I am looking forward to my next trip here.
absolutely thee best place for a vegetarian to eat a warm cooked meal cooked with a delicious taste at this place in particular very warm food Temps are on point! Blessed yummmmmm
I never leave reviews but this is the third and last time I will be eating here, every item on the menu is dry and the noodles are always hard still, you have to pay extra for sauce when it shouldn’t be dry in the first place, when you order from DoorDash they throw random stuff in the bags and send it out with no regard. And lastly the staff is not friendly and seem to just want to rush you out of the door when it’s brought to their attention that something is wrong absolutely do not recommend eating here.
First time I tried zucchini noodles. A pleasant surprise. Not mushy, like I expected. Nice texture, very well flavored. The chicken breast was a bit dry, but the sauce that came with it compensated for it. The order taker was nice and helpful.
The bowl of macaroni and cheese was on the dry side. I've had numerous times to know when it's below standard. I was disappointed because it was missing that signature flavor you cannot found.i know I gave you 5 star because your service by your young crew was done exceptionally well. I had a good time working and talking with the employees. I wish I got there names. Thank you I'm sure the Mac n Cheeae will be delicious next time. Let's stop and take a look at Cheesecake By Thomas made here in Pueblo Colorado. Best Cheesecake you'll have.
I’m going to keep this short and sweet and just advise that you don’t let your minor children accept employment here. The leadership from shift level to executive leadership is absolutely shameful. I will spare the majority of the details; however, I will say the women in charge are so incompetent they participated in the obvious grooming of a 17 year old by a grandfather aged man and then discussed the situation with said child as though she asked for it.The lack of accountability is abhorrent.The process and procedure generally expected from a quick serve facility (human resources to front/back of the house) is fundamentally flawed at this Noodles and Co as those hired to educate, train, assess, correct, and enforce whatever systems should be implemented are lacking the skillset/patience/leadership skills required to operate a functional team.I am generally disgusted by this company and I hope you pass on Noodles, not just for dinner but also employment.
Good food and healthy but workers were rude and lied about their over the phone service not taking credit card . I ordered over the phone placed my order and paid and when I went into pick up my order they said “we don’t have your order” and lied when I told them that their phone service took my card by saying “we don’t take card” and wouldn’t give me my money back because there was “nothing they can do”. I would consider maybe they are trying to fraud people and swindle a customer into paying over the phone by talking to a robot. Which was my first mistake. Be better ??♂️
Consistently good food, accurate orders, quick service with food waiting at time indicated in app. Very seldom anything less than great experiences at this store.
