We picked up dinner tonight and it was absolutely delicious, so good we had to call the restaurant afterwards to let them know. The person who took our order was quite friendly and patient. We were able to pick our order up in 20 minutes and the lady (Terry) who brought out our food could not have been any friendlier. The food was labeled for us, the portions were very generous and well worth the cost, the food was the perfect temperature when we were ready to eat. Highly recommend their chicken enchiladas with red chili (yummy). If your experience was negative by going into the restaurant to eat, than do take out! Nachos food is too hard to pass up. Regarding cost, they are very comparable with other restaurants, no complaints here.
Wonderful staff and good food. Wait time was reasonable especially for a Friday. We will definitely return.
Food was good, atmosphere was comfortable and clean and staff were friendly, prompt and helpful. Portions and price were reasonable. Have to pay for chips n salsa but you get alot. Been in pueblo a long time cause its a busy popular place.
I would not recommend this place and I will not return. We waited over an hour for dinner at 530 on a friday night - place was not packed either. After an hour I asked the woman at the front who seemed in charge and she said "what some people don't realize is that we are also doing to-go orders so it takes longer". I guess she was saying that a 75 minute wait for dinner should be expected? I have never been to a place that tried to make that seem normal. We were hungry on arrival and had kids with us and it was just not a great situation. Food was just OK - refried beans seemed to be from a can, red chile was very thick and overcooked, most other dishes pretty meh.We sat at the bar while we waited upon arrival for a few minutes before our table was ready and the lone bartender lady did not serve or acknowledge us (we were the only ones at the bar) for a good 5 minutes.Unfortunate, I had heard good things.
my daughter and nieces were treated horribly at dinner last night. The management allowed them to be harassed and demeaned by another table who screamed and cursed at my daughter and nieces and told them they are probably on foodstamps and they are scamming the system. There were also 4 children at our table and the management decided that our table was the problem. The waitress was kind and understanding and even stated that the other party are always causing problems but the management just turned a blind eye to the harassment and made my family extremely uncomfortable. I won't eat there again because we are not able to enjoy dinner without being harassed. I can't even belive they were treated like 2nd class citizens by management.
Nachos used to be an experience. It was the kind of place you'd save up for a special night out. Not sure what's changed since we moved back to Pueblo, but now it's just another decent Mexican restaurant downtown. The hour wait for our food wasn't too pleasing but the food was pretty good when we got it. Especially for the price. When I got the bill, I double checked to make sure we were charged for everything.
It was good but super expensive wish there was prices on their drink menu it would have saved us almost 60 dollars and we only got 4 drinks
My friend and I had breakfast, and the food was not hot. We had chicken enchilada tejanas Wait staff asked how the food was, so I told her about the luke warm food. She did not offer to correct it. The hot green chili was not spicey hot, and the enchiladas were very small. Too bad because the food used to be good.
Great service, fun ambiance, good food, and good times. I love that they pour individual bowls of salsa for each person. Double dip in your own salsa!
Came here for some desert. We ordered the fried ice cream sundaes with caramel, chocolate, and strawberries. They were amazing! The service was fast and our waitress Anita was so nice. We topped off our desert with a sopapilla and some honey and it was very good. Would come for some desert again!
