After being turned away, at the door, 6 times because they are out of rice, I am forced to change my review. While the food really is great the management definitely need to step up their game with making sure they have what they need in stock. I mean there is a grocery store literally a block away. I grew up working in a family owned restaurant, I know what we did when we ran out of an item, but then again we cared about our service.
This place serves smaller raw fish portions but overall it was delicious and the price fit the portions. I will absolutely go here again.
the food was great quality fish/sashimi. portions were not too small but not an overwhelming amount either. prices are typically high for this type of cuisine so plan to spend $70-80 for 2 people, but worth it indeed
Slushie was good I like the atmosphere but service is a hit or miss. Wait staff seems very overworked and understaffed sometimes which unfortunately makes the customer feel like they are the nuisance. Not always but sometimes.
Ok, so when my wife and I are trying to decide where we would like to go out for dinner, we run down the list of the restaurants that Pueblo has to (cough) offer. Hands down, Miyake’s has been the absolute best at quality, freshness, deliciousness and super fast service!Ruby Tuesday’s - she got a rock, a literal rock in her salad, and chipped her tooth.Applebees - I got a bacon cheeseburger that came with the wax paper that separates the cheese.Old Chicago - we went for a pizza and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes before they even came out and told us our pie was in the oven.Cactus Flower - pretty sure we both got a complimentary side of food poisoning from this place.I could go on and on about the restaurants that have screwed us, but I just chose the funny ones lolLong story short: Miyake’s is the place to go! I just wish they were open on Sunday!
Sushi is good but we got charged 7% gratuity for a party of 2 people. Still left a $5 tip on top of the 7% cause I didn't notice the charge til my girlfriend looked at the bill. Check your bills before leaving an extra tip. Waitress got a $13 tip for a $35 bill.
Came in and the place was full, the wait staff was very courteous and sat us fast. The food was excellent and despite it being busy the sushi came out very fast. The prices are very good and staff was super nice. Excellent experience overall.
This is my first time and I need to say it was delicious!!!! The food overpass my expectation, Just need to have patience because take amost 34-40 minutes to receive your order to go
Used to be good, was made to feel ignorant this time when I questioned the small portions. I failed to order the missing roll, so my bad, but even admitting then paying for the missing roll I waited an additional 18 minutes for 1 roll. Not to mention the initial delay while they flirted with a friend, expediting their table while allowing 3 other groups to wait, hope you get that tuna faster than I got mine lol, zero on customer service.
I like their Avalanche roll. I did not like that they didn't have prices on menu. You should ask about their specials.
