Food was ok nothing to brag about tho. My boyfriend and his mom didn't get what they ordered and all the server said was it wasn't her fault all she was was the server. That's even if you can call her that cause not once did she check on us. My boyfriend had to call her over to get boxes.I don't know but being a server myself I look at food to make sure it's right if not I bring it back to the kitchen plus I don't care how busy you get when you walk by your table you ask how everything is not just keep walking. They need to get better servers and I would say cooks as well to understand what the ticket says!
Excellent meal reasonably priced. This was our first time visit. We will be returning.
I wish I could post a picture of the food they served me. I would truly put that meal in the top 3 worse meals I have been served.Then they didn't want to give me my money back. The kitchen started laughing about it service and food. When I told the waitress to make sure and add the guys in the kitchens name on that list they decide they then could give me back my money. I will see their manager Tomorrow!!!
We used to really like this restaurant and the food is still generally pretty good. But tonight we got indigestion just from the way we were treated. We ordered fajitas, which the menu states are $17.95. You can get 3 extra meats for $18.95. We ordered only 2 meats, but the bill came and they charged an extra $2.95. We thought it was a simple mistake, but they refused to change it. So basically 2 meats are 3 times as expensive as 3 meats. They went from excuse #1: "the menu must be wrong." Excuse #2: "you should have ordered 3 meats." Excuse #3: That's just the way it is." It's not the money. It's that their attitude is so exasperating to just make stuff up. The people behind us had the same problem. They tried to charge them more gratuity because they had more than 6 people. They had 4 people and two tiny toddlers. C'mon. Not one ounce of gratitude for us spending $60 there. No customer appreciation. We don't blame our server but the manager was beyond rude. We won't be back.
Great food. They were quite busy for a Saturday lunch. Waitress apologized for the wait which wasn't really very long. We will go back.

Where should I start. Worst customer service ever. We went to enjoy a family lunch together splurge a little bit. We were treated definitely vs other customers by entire staff. Spent over $100 for poor service. The only thing I can give props on was the food was delicious. Just wish we would have had a better server. The one we had made it feel like we weren't there to spend money. Ignored us only asked us once if everything was okay. Then to top it off made us feel like a nuisance asking for more beverages, asked for more napkins, with four of us sitting at the table we get 3. I will not return and will let others know how horrible the service is.
My husband has a thing for street tacos but his typical restaurant was closed when his cravings hit. He searched for tacos nearby as we are in the county and he found Mi Ranchito. He opted for their soft flour shell steak tacos with pico. He was over the moon. They were good but where I do like steak, I don't want it in a taco.The next time his cravings hit he called Mi Ranchito to order. I decided to change it up and go with their fried flour shell with chicken instead of the steak. Oh my tastebuds! They are out of this world and I am hooked. The flour shell being deep fried gives a very delicate crunch that is addictive! Add their salsa verde, which is spicier than the regular salsa, and some sour cream to it, and the flavors combined with the chicken are to die for!I usually cook at home every night but this place has already taken three nights of cooking off my list just over the last two weeks. It is a little pricey per taco but well worth it. And I don't have to wash dishes those nights.They also have a buffet during lunch hours. I haven't tried it yet but I have out of state company coming in and it is on the table for places to go.
