I was going through drive through and the lady taking my order had no idea the difference between their iced mocha and iced coffee so I gave up trying to get the iced mocha. Then ordered my McDouble and they screwed that up and I ordered a 6 piece nugget and gave me 5 nuggets to put the icing on the cake. The lady that took my order had a major attitude at the window
Stopped here for a quick bite to eat ordered a #7 ( which is a two burger meal) , a quarter pounder with cheese , and a kids meal .... when we got our meal my husband checked it and found out they didn't give us the kids meal but instead just a 6 peice so the lady "fixes it" she took the 6 peice from the bag throws it in the kids meal box then takes fries from my #7 meal and throws them in a kids fry box then gives it to us .... well I get all the way home and realize I only got 1 burger so I call for another but don't wanna drive all the way back and the lady never offered to write us down or anything just says sorry and hangs up ... I call back cause I paid for the burger and told her "I guess ill come back " then when I get there she hands me a bag full of someone else's food ( she is lucky I am not a their and just took it for the inconvenience) so I hand it back and tell her I'm only supposed to have a cheese burger..... like they need to get it together
Classic McDonald's food, but the employees here were far more up beat and seemed actually somewhat happy to work here. So very chatty and polite. Much better than the McDonald's towards the cities.
A reliable busy McDonald's! Decor is nice with TV's set to NBC, and they take care in keeping the dining area clean. They get busy, and when I say busy, I mean BUSY! They handle I25 plus HWY50 customer traffic. So please be patient and nice with the staff.
The employees there are rude and sell you one thing for one price and then you actually pay a completely different price. The manager.... she's no better. The bathrooms are disgusting and smell like sewage. If the bathrooms are like this how clean is the cooking area?
Not like it use to be before Covid. Covid has changed our life's forever even changed our ways of restraunts through out united states. I remeber when buyers use to be the bigger then your hand and would take to hands to hold them. Now theier food has gotten smaller for a bigger price. And it's not fresh hamburgermeat like they say that we eat. Not true at all. After how I found out how Mc. Donald's makes thier food it isn't my place to eat I won't even take my grandchildren there because I belive my family and myself severe to eat real food real meat not fake food made to look like what we were once grown up to eat when I was a child.
I like this McDonald's, there are something's they could do to improve.I'm always directed to park so they can finish my order and make fresh fries, but their fries never taste fresh and hot, they're always cooled and they taste like fries that have been cooked and then dumped in the fryer again to "refresh" them. I worked in restaurants all my life, I know what refreshed fries taste like compared to fresh hot fries. Also everytime I ask for sauce they literally give only one pack. But if you have a 20-40 piece chicken nuggets how is ONE sauce packet going to help? And for crying out loud is it too much to ask for napkins? And not just two?They are very busy, but if you go inside often it looks like people are just waiting around. And maybe that's because of the food line and someone new on it, but for a busy FAST FOOOD it's very slow getting, and if it's going to take so long I should at least get fresh hot fries. Not cold reheated fries that sits in my bag in the window for five minutes after it's ready just getting cold.
They never get your order right and they don't cook the fries right even when you specifically ask them to cook them well done & say you will wait for them. Have complained over & over & they keep saying it's because the fryers aren't working right. Really?? For six months?!? Ridiculous.
Terrible! I am sorry but none of the workers had mask. AND!!!! I have a daughter who is autistic, while we were there I was at counter exchanging the food they got WRONG!, the girl working in the lobby was talking to my daughter, I don't know what she said but my autistic child gave her a very expensive exclusive pin from her a game she lives to play. I am sorry I realize my daughter gave it to her but the worker should have refused. My child did not know any better, she was trying to be nice and make a friend. This is a terrible place.
This has to be the slowest fast food establishment I have ever had the displeasure of getting food from. I am not sure what is going on, if the leadership is not hiring or training correctly, if folks are just slow to make and prep the food, or if most likely the folks are understaffed because they are underpaid by ownership. At this point, I don't really care, I am running out of patience even attempting to get food here. Please fix the speed of your drive thru. I know as a huge company you likely do not care about one person's review, but I am 100% sure this is not something I alone experience.
