Curbside was down, went in to pick up order took over 45 mins, when we supposed to be curbside, went in there was a line with alot of mad people, nobody no workers helping at the front of the house no employee in site all in the back 3 in the pick up window, workers fighting most unprofessional Mc Donald's iv ever seen across the United States!! Rude gave one star would give none but had to put 1 to post.

This is the McDonald's that I like to go to in Pueblo Colorado it is very clean very friendly and the people that we deal with here are very excited to be working Tyler went out of his way today to make my family more than happy and Nevaeh has great customer service I choose this McDonald's over every McDonald's go there for a fun friendly time and a cool place to eat
We waited for about 40 minutes for just 1 large and 1 medium fries and after all that long wait the fries were disgusting. But we ate them anyway because we didn't want to wait 40 minutes to tell them and get new fries. Very very disappointed ? We were traveling and trying to get home since it was already late. The inside of McDonalds was not open.
I was disappointed. The traffic was at a standstill. They were short staffed and the girl at the first window up and walked out. Took 20 minutes to get food, which was cold when we got it. So sad that Pueblo has a culture that encourages living off the government or something because every place has signs posted saying they are hiring.
We absolutely love going here!! By far it favorite McD"s to got to. But any where Lily is the GM is always a great experience!! She runs a right shop and always has the nicest people working for her! Thanks Lily! You rock!
Went into get breakfast on 6/6, at Bonforte Blvd location.bathrooms were out of order and server said that the hot water heater had a gas leak.Wonder why they were open with a safety hazard. ????
This place deff was ok it wasn't bad food was made promptly and they was very nice a little fast on the mic but all in all it's what u would expect for a Micky D's food joint.
They took my order before 930 for 3 SWEET TEAS. When I got to the window the gentleman talked to me and said to “hold on”… he took forever so I drove to the second window and they said they couldn’t make my order because maintenance was in their way. It is now 945 and I’m home. They didn’t want to work and we’re more concerned with getting off and if they threw the st away they could’ve said that .. I never do a bad review but this was ridiculous, uncalled for and unprofessional. They worker even asked if my daughter in the back was recording her.. he wasn’t that’s weird!
I just wanted hot cakes. The only thing I wanted… and they forgot to include them…
Don’t go in the morning they’re all lazy and mess up your order every chance possible. Ask for extra creamer they gave me NONE at all. Then when I ask for some I get one tiny packet. Cannot even follow the recipe correctly
