The lady at the register could barely comprehend my simple order. I don't mean to be rude but that type of service isn't helping the customers or the store.McDonald's is probably the worst fast food there is, I recommend staying away.Poor service and poor food...

The other day when I went to McDonald's on San Fe that I have been going to for about 3 month i went to order a crispy chicken sandwich and got a spicy chicken sandwich and then I asked the manger for my free fry's and so told me no and was very rude very disappointed.
This McDonald's location should stop asking for your order and just take your money.You won't get what you ordered and they will serve you whatever they feel like serving you. Just pull up to the window and hand them your money.Act surprised when it's almost what you ordered.
Wanted to grab a quick lunch so stopped in at McDonald’s…. I order my sandwich… with special requests. Got lunch & went home to eat it….NOT!!!! Sandwich was made wrong!!!! Called and returned to the restaurant…got another special sandwich….WRONG AGAIN!!!! This went on through 5 sandwiches to get it right!!!!! NO thank you…. NO APOLOGIES…. Just a chuckle from a person named Gabe!!!!
This McDonald’s was always our favorite one in Pueblo but tonight it became a big nightmare! They took our order and asked us to park and they would bring our order right out. 7 or 8 cars after us got their orders and we were still waiting. Went inside because I was furious and asked for my money back. The manager demanded my card because he said he couldn’t give me cash. He stated that he was working alone, although it appeared to me that they were fully staffed. He didn’t care when I told him my kids were in the car crying because they were hungry. Very disappointed with his attitude. He needs retraining in good customer service!!!
Both of the big Macs that I ordered only had one patty of meat and no cheese there’s absolutely nothing under the bun plus the french fries were hard as rocks! I called and Blanca said she put me in the book for two Big Macs.
My food was not wrapped well the griddle I got was out of package falling apart, but everything else was alright they didn't give me a straw tho like she said she did in the bag
I will be a repeat customer! The Manager went above and beyond! The staff was friendly. In these trying times it was refreshing to have the manager himself go out of his way to put a smile on my young sons face. I appriciate the effort!
the people were very kind, and the managerwas awesome too. the soda machine was messing up but thats all.
My whole order had something wrong with it the food not cooked, the drinks half full, and I got barely Big Mac sauce on my sandwich, and I missing food I would like to be contacted for this.
