Air conditioner was working amazingly after a hot day at the park. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to order as drive thru after drive thru was attended to. Then finally got my order. Fries old cold lack salt. Burgers same tasted old no snp.Chicken nuggets for the kid tasted old as well. Glad the ac and drink machine was cold tho best part of the experience.

if i could give zero stars i would. i ordered a large french fry and a sprite, not hard right? i received my fries not even a QUARTER way full. when i called to complain the person on the phone said i have to bring it up with the delivery service, but that's not their fault considering the bag was taped up. the person on the phone was also a total douche. i do not recommend this location whatsoever.
The Carmel Frapp was too thin almost tasted watery, they didn't add the extra whip (which I payed for), the egg on my sandwich was over cooked and the cheese was cold and half off the sandwich, not to mention you can hear several (female) workers through the whole lobby chatting loudly in the back about personal conversations and using foul language. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location any time soon :/
Was on my way to stop in for breakfast when nearly ran into by a red car that nearly crashed into another car after swerving around me. They raced off going over the 35 mph speed limit, through a construction area, and into the parking lot of McDonalds. A late to work employee.
The place would be great if they could get your order right AND if they ever learned to make fries worth eating.Instead they are happy with being mediocre.
They are rude and don't stay with there own rules they turned down a little boy trying to get something to eat for him and his mother who was waiting in the car right out front but the staff refused to let anyone in because they ...cleaned the lobby already. The sign says 9:00pm for the lobby to be closed and it was only 7:00 when we were both refused service! How does the owner plan to make money when his own staff refused service to paying costumers.
The food is always good here, especially the fries. The shift manager on Sunday morning is an exceptional young woman, always helpful with the app and patient with the needy. What an honor it was to work with her, as we purchased a meal for someone who needed a little love. Faith in action is always good to see, and being able to enjoy a meal and to share with a stranger was a great way to end our regular Sunday morning visit to Pueblo. It allowed the sermon for the day to come alive.
I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes, no egg, extra sausage, sausage McMuffin and 2 orange juice today. The tiny little manager got an attitude about me requesting a cup holder, yet I didn't get my extra sausage I paid for and 1 orange juice was watered down badly. I should've known my experience was doomed when I could barely hear the guy that was taking my order because of her big mouth yelling at employees in the background. The time before this they had a power outage mid order. I went back because I wasn't able to get this meal before and this is what I get when I try to do business the next time? She is very unprofessional and the meal was so screwed up, I didn't even eat it. Horrible example of leadership and she will be teaching other employees to disrespect customers. Her only words to me were "What?!?!?" She never greeted me or confirmed my meal. If I hadn't been so disgusted by her attitude I might have been able to get her name. I just wanted to get away from there quickly. Unfortunately, my wife never wants to go there again.
Steve is a manager? He sure does nothing but talk alot and be rude to everyone. Maybe a racist shouldn't be the lead of a business. This is the dirtiest, smelliest mcdonalds I've ever encountered. This is absolutely disgusting. I walked in, saw two managers doing nothing but talking and laughing while the restaurant smells like musk and failure. The walls are black, the door handles are STICKY AND GUNKY. it's a disgrace. Definitely contacting the health inspector. This place is so smelly that no one on earth should eat here. I miss the mask mandate because I didn't smell garbage juice through it. I wouldn't buy a fry from here. I walked in was immediately met by musk and racism. I will be filing a corporation complaint as well.
