The guide at the Rosemount musuem recommended Magpies for lunch. what a great place. It is a short walk from the Riverwalk. All the other tables were locals (a good sign). I had the special chipotle honey salmon salad with a homemade dinner roll (delish) and my husband had a burger (big and juicy). Too bad I didn't read the prior recommendation to save room for desserts because they sounds so yummy. Next time!! Great food, fast service and attentive waitstaff in a lovely setting.
I had the Ruben and it was very good. The staff is friendly and the food came out quickly.
Ate here for lunch twice while visiting Pueblo. The specials are great - but leave room for dessert - awesome!
