The one on prairie is much better. Got one of the pepperoni stuffed crust pizzas and it was missing the Italian seasoning and parmesan on the crust. I called them and they guy answering said he didn't know if it was supposed to have it or not. Didn't offer to correct it or even check. When I mentioned the other location does it . He said oh okay. Horrible customer service.

I usually choose this place for my family dinner never run into many issues. A young lady with a horrible attitude answered the phone, she claimed to not hear me well and continues to talk with employee in the background who interrupted my order. I asked if she can hear me now and please have the conversation after my order, she removed the phone from her face and proceeded to ask a higher position individual ; if she can hang up on me because I’m arguing with her and she’s not dealing with it. I was very misunderstood and treated horribly until the leader got on the phone and took my order. He was professional and patient with great customer service. He made my family’s night possible with no negativity. I just wish when hiring someone, they actually do a personality test to see if they can handle basic customer service skills.

Pizzas have shrunk. They have only one size pizza. When did that happen?

I ordered 3 large delivery pizzas on September 13th 2021. It took them an hour and a half to deliver, and then the order was wrong. I can understand labor problems with covid but if you can't take care of the customers, at least tell them so.
Definitely worth it pizza was pretty dang amazing
