We came here to eat last night, but the lights were off, so we initially thought they were closed. We drove into the drive-thru anyway, since the hours online showed they should be open. As soon as we got to the drive thru, we were happily greeted by one of the nicest people my son and I have ever come across in a drive thru. Like easily top 3, maybe even #1, but it's hard to compare new experiences to those from a while ago.The person was very friendly and welcoming, and a pleasant surprise to what we thought we were going to encounter. She had us pull up and park near the door as they were waiting on the fries to finish. Within a few min (she quoted us 4min, and that seemed about right) she was on her way out the door to bring us the food. She again was still the same as she was in the drive thru, friendly with a smile on her face. From the way she carried herself, it was very clear that she is someone who genuinely cares about providing a good experience. This became even more evident when we got home and opened the food to find that everything was organized, stacked, and neatly placed inside the bag, an attention to detail I honestly hadn't seen before. These subtle actions probably get lost on some people, but as someone who works in Quality, and evaluates employee/customer interactions for a living, they are noticed, and very much appreciated. I can honestly say, it is people like her that make a company what it is, and are the ones with the most power. Their care for the business and the customers are what make people loyal to a brand, which in turn, brings in consistent revenue. It would be wise of companies to realize this, and treat these people accordingly. If I were KFC, I would be doing everything I can to ensure this woman stays with the company for a long time, as people like her are rare.
I normally add Pickles to my famous Bowl I've done it maybe a dozen time but this time through it was a lot harder to get done I'm Assuming the person was new to the job though all in all it was a normal drive through
Very slow in the Drive through. You will wait 5 to 7 minutes at the speaker just to give your order. Update: watched employee cough all over the meal she was prepping for drive thru. No mask. Didn't even turn her head. Coughed while prepping large sides. 06.12.2022 at 2:15 pm. Disgusting.
I went thru drive thru and it was quick and my good was hot and fresh.I'll be back!
This seems to be ongoing problemOf this particular KFC of not fulfilling the order that you have already paid. And when you call In to let them know of their mistake they’re rude and you get name-calling “ jerk“ Future customers check your order twice.
Quick and friendly service. Warm good food. Altho my biscuits were all raw ? I did call and speak to a manager and she told me to come in for a replacement.
prices have gone sky high for chicken. ridiculous. the quality of my chicken sandwich however was very good. really enjoyed their fries too
Refused to make reasonable modifications to my order that I have ordered at another location before. I wanted french fries in my famous bowl instead of mashed potatoes and wouldn't accommodate me. Simple request was denied. I'm happy to go to another one instead.
Somehow they didn't have french fries or tenders a half an hour before close and then hold me for it made me wait for double the time they estimated to give me the wrong side I ordered that was cold and no receipt in the bag to which I couldn't verify my order to call and complain. Every time I've come to the store something has happened to where it makes driving so long a complete waste of time to get there might as well go eat at Popeyes I would ask them to make this right but I don't even trust them to give me the right order to reconcile
Waited an hour for a 16 piece after paying $60. Was refused a refund and offered sub par chocolate cake. Immense waste of money and time unfortunately
