I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery & they both had things missing from them. I called & was told it would be refunded & someone would call me but so far, no call & no refund!

The Cubano is a favorite. Wife does not care for their bread however.
7:30 pm went for a sandwich. They have no bread for a sub. Ordered sandwich on wheat bread, with onions, they have no onions. They close at 10:00. No one could make some more sub rolls or cut more onions? This darn Covid. Oh yeah Jersey Subs right around the corner, enjoyed my sub from their. And just for the heck of it ordered one from the Subway down the street. They had plenty. How do you stay in business?
Gave me the completely wrong order. Naturally, I was very disappointed when I got home, and they were already closed, so I couldn't get my order corrected.

Line moved fast even at noon. I was 4 Cara back and worried about making it back to work on time. Wasn't a problem. Food was great as always. Never disappointed at Jimmy John's
Friendly and sub was to be expected! Bathroom was clean!
Piece of stale hard bread, half an ounce of mayo two thinly sliced pieces of roast beef. $10. My last mediocre sandwich.
