Had the Philly Cheesesteak Wow. Very good. Staff were very young and not engaging with customers. No hellos, no Thank you, needs to try acknowledging customers. Otherwise very neat & clean Sub shop.
Oh man,oh man, their # 64 the Portabella mushroom is sooooo awesome. Staff very friendly and fast. This was my first visit, will definitely come back and I'll bring friends.
This is the absolute best sub shop! I don't go anywhere else for a sub sandwich ever since I found this place. Always fresh and never dry oh gosh the chicken bacon ranch will change your outlook. They have specialty drinks which are delicious as well and the customer service is wonderful! I definitely recommend to everyone
I like how the meat is cut fresh in front of you, the subs are good size and filled with meat and toppings, the manager and staff were friendly and helpful
Wow! Just wow! I cannot believe what the employees here have to deal with from the manager who is supposed to be professional but somehow very unprofessional. She was yelling at her employees about the night before saying they can just quit. I wouldn’t blame them at all. I went in for a sandwich and witnessed the employees crying and very upset. That makes me sad to see that they are only trying to make a living or a little extra cash but have to go to work worried about their boss. Also, to the employees working there, thank you for being professional and simply doing your job even with that kind of stress. I appreciate that you held it together. Good job guys.
Lousy customer service and slow service too. Employee was very hostile and rude when I asked for a change on my sandwich.
I put in a pick up order. I called and gave them my order. Now I realized quickly the kid on the other line was new. I got to the store to get my food and the older guy, maybe the manager, cooking was a complete jersey. I asked a question about one of my subs and he yelled at me like I was a child and said to get my order together. He yelled at the poor kids working there. It may be a lo g time before we go back.
This is really bad. I am a big fan of Jersey Mike sine I am a Veteran from the East Coast. Poor customer service lack of staff. Hostel atmosphere! Y'all making Jersey look like home and that why I got away from it! Thanks! SMDH ??
