Open your lobby... Its completely unexceptable... No excuse... Ordered lunch yesterday curly fries were terrible sourdough jack bread was completely burnt Worst jack in the box ever No wonder the last time I ate here was a year ago..... Absolutely pathetic....

First time ever at Jack in the Box, it was good! Wide variety on their menu! Will definitely go again.
HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!Approached the speaker to order (order taker was friendly.) Ordered a regular combo and then a #4 special. (- onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, + cheese.) Drove up to the window cashed out everything/one was friendly and fine. Received our order automatically checked our bags being one we are only on our lunch break and two it seems the new normal is never fresh or accurate food. Burger was made incorrectly with mayo no cheese. Asked for it to be remade, and they gave us back a burger with only mayo. Tried to send it back again but we were told their was a line behind us and we must drive around. DEFINITELY NEVER BEEN TOLD THAT ONE BEFORE. I, a paying customer has to drive around and wait in a line because you put mayo on my burger and tried to give me a mayo only? (SEEMS TO BE A MIS COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR WINDOW GUY AND COOK NOT A CUSTOMER PROBLEM.) After informing her i will not be going to the back of the line but ill be more than happy to speak with a manager she proceeded to tell me she was going to call the cops if I didn't leave. She slammed the drive thru door and locked it. I got out of my car to knock on the window, let jack in the box know, YOU CAN EITHER REFUND MY MONEY OR MAKE MY BURGER RIGHT ANE PLEASE DO CALL THE COPS.WILL NEVER RECCOMEND OR GO BACK TO THE ONLY LOCATION PUEBLO HAS. SO SAD THAT PEOPLE WILL TREAT THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS IN SUCH A WAY.
Jack in the box in Pueblo is the worst eating establishment I have ever had the displeasure to step foot in! We walked INTO the restaurant before being rudely told that the lobby is closed, only the drive thru is open. Also the inside and outside of the building are absolutely disgusting. Greasy handprints all over the door. Grease and piles of dirt and dust shoved up against the corners and edges inside. And last but not least...the amount of transients surrounding the building is insane! They had a broken down old minivan parked in front of the building with all the windows busted out. Their shopping carts were everywhere. Ironically, the building has a no loitering sign on the door. Needless to say, we turned around and found somewhere else to go. We will never darken the doors of this place ever again. I wish I could give it zero stars.
Tried to go in the lobby to order food and it was locked . An employee standing outside by entrance and do you think he would have mentioned it before I got to the FILTHY front door? No I asked employee at drive thru why lobby is never opened and she said the General Manager.....
Worst experience ever. Went to drive thru at 6:20pm 4/8/2022. Employee was not happy to begin with, seemed not that interested in helping me. Went through order twice to get it right (1 Jumbo Jack, two orders of egg rolls, one tiny taco box, 6 regular tacos, one medium tea and one large Coke Zero. Get to the window and employee not very friendly, as expected, also never gave receipt. Should have checked order, got home and guess what? No Jumbo Jack, just a Jack Jr. Got fries I didn't order, NO regular tacos. Word of advice, people. CHECK YOUR ORDER TWICE before you leave

We use to enjoy this place a lot, but unfortunately when you have a bunch of kids managing kids things work differently. Hope to see Improvement so my family and others I know can go back.
Worst fast food ever used to love Jack in the box... got my order wrong was half sourdough half regular bun had no bacon. Ordered tacos they were soft and under cooked.Fries were cold and stale. The guy at the window with no name badge was rude and was not wearing gloves and put his hand in my fries so much for Jack will not be returning...

On Saturday, I ordered two fried tacos and soon ate them at my house. What I experiences for the next 12 hours was severe stomach pain and a very bad headache. And it was due to food poisoning, I wouldnt recommend going here anymore for any reason due to this experience and history of food poisoning.
