Do not sit in Emily R's section.Waited for an hour, no food ever came to our table, my husband got up to look to see if order was ready, it had been sitting under the warmers for who knows how long. When Emily noticed, she went over looked, got the food was supposed to be doing the icing on the pancakes, was still taking long so I went to see, and she was standing there looking at someone else's phone and talking so our food was off the warmer then for who knows how long. When we brought it to her attention her excuse was the cooks were on break. When I let her know we seen the food sitting there she said "I was signing my check" so I told her good for you for signing a check instead of doing what you were supposed to be doing. My husband spoke to the manager Amber and she and Danica made it right. Danica got tipped a nice tip.
Restaurant was not very clean and the waitresses didn't seem very friendly. Also they were out of several items that you would expect a breakfast place to have. Waitress didn't ask if we needed refills and wasn't very hospitable at all. The place was not busy, so I'm unsure as to why they wouldn't have had things cleaner. I probably won't be back to that location again.
Our waitress Jade seemed very sweet at first but did not come check on us at all. We were the only customers for the majority of our visit. When I went to pay she told me that they don’t have the $16.33 to give me for my change. I had to wait for them to go across the street for change. She then handed me $16.00. I asked her for the rest of my change because I felt like she was trying to keep the entire amount for a tip by telling me she had no change. She got real snooty and handed me $.35 and said “Here, even 2 cents extra”. It was ridiculous.The food was good but service was definitely not even up to par.
We are still in the parking lot of this establishment. We were just inside and while we stood there waiting several servers looked at us and just ignored the fact that we were standing there waiting to be sat. I think we stood there for about 8 minutes. They were not busy at all. I would guess that in the entire restaurant there were 10 customers. As a result, we took our family and went elsewhere. Disappointing to say the least. The service and food probably would have been disappointing as well if we had waited longer and been sat.
I ordered a grilled tilapia with rice and broccoli, from the senior menu. The fish was surprisingly well cooked, and everything was very tasty. It would have been nicer if the server was a bit more attentive. Also, cushions in several booths have huge tears and holes, and I don't know why they are not replaced.
I took my son's in for kids eat free deal and it was so quick! They're no where near as busy as they get in the mornings! I recommend bringing kids (one free kids meal per adult meal) 4-8 or so ?
Every single time my family and I come to eat here at this particular ihop, they always take way too long to just serve you. They refuse to serve you because the so called chef takes a “break”. They don’t care about the customer. Just horrible customer service. They should just fire all those employees and replace them with employees who are willing to attend the customer and offer a better service.
Really a 24 hour place? We go there and 4 couples ahead of us,tables and booths filled on the right,1 cook,1 waitress and 1 of them going on break for 25 minutes,(the cook) at 9 p.m. We were told this 15 minutes into waiting by wait staff (waitress) who stated that our food order would be delayed almost an hour. Great Service...not.
Really bad service, we waited for more the hour, after us came more people they attended them first so we never come back again really bad bad service ?????
They waited until after everyone in the party was done eating to bring out my food. Eggs was cold hashbrowns were cold they got the order wrong 6 times... waited over 45 minutes for drink refills! Will not be coming here again!
