Waited 2 hours for our simple meal for 2 and a platter. We live literally 5 minuets from the place we order from there often and for some reason they couldn’t product the $50 in food we requested to be delivered. We called once and hour and a half into waiting and they said it’s on its way then we wait 15 more minuets and call back at 8:20 to cancel the order cause we are Hungary and they say oh sorry about that have a good one. U get a one star from me. And they close at 9.
Very good food, if a little bland. It's great if you're one of those people that loves Italian but also gets heartburn because the seasonings are quite mild. Good service, good prices.
**Not a restaurant. More like an eatery. So don't get your hopes high. Although their Italian food isn't all that great, they have fantastic fried chicken.Also, the area outside is kinda sketchy and I wouldn't recommend bringing your children with you anywhere near dusk/night.Don't do delivery, it's a disaster.
We've been living in Pueblo for almost a year and a half and have heard nothing but good things about Ianne's, so we decided to try it out. We ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and jalapeños, some garlic bread, and a side salad. After being quoted 45-50 mins for delivery we waited well over an hour before the food arrived. The salad was a cheap lettuce mix served in a Styrofoam cup, the garlic bread was a hoagie roll brushed with garlic butter, and our pizza showed up with pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, and completely covered in black olives. We hate olives and would never order them on a pizza! They offered a replacement pizza that we could redeem the next day, as they were closed by the time we realized their mistake. We asked to have our refund brought to us immediately and for them to pick up the wrong order and they refused. My husband ended up taking the pizza back to the store and getting a refund. For the amount of praise this establishment has, it is definitely misplaced! Spend your money at Pizza King or mediocre Toni & Joe's.
This is great pizza!!! Hubby had never had it and loved it. The price was reasonable service was good. One of our pizzas didn't get made but they fixed it and we were so happy.
I love this place. I live in the springs and always just come down for this pizza. Ever since I was little it's always Iannes hands down!!! Italian sausage pizza best!!!!

I went with friends on Sunday at Noon.I had their Grinder sandwich. I enjoyed the sandwich.My ice tea tasted strongly of coffee.Asked for a different glass...same thing.I had to make do with water.
We have been going to Iannes for years we love the pizza. Frankie and his sister are always very nice and treat their customers like family. Tonight we ordered some pizzas from there and they were burnt my husband told the guy there the pizzas were burnt and showed him the pizzas they guy told him that, that is the way they make them and if he didn't like them he could leave. So my husband asked to talk to a manager the guy called someone named Brett and he told my husband he believes his worker 100 percent and they refused to make the pizza over. Never in all these years that my family and I have been giving them our business have we experienced bad service from Iannnes. This makes me sad. Even though I love the food there I don't think will be going back there again as they didn't seem bothered that they may loss our business as the guy told my husband as he was walking out sorry to loss your business in a sarcastic tone. I am hoping this was just a bad night for them and they aren't treating everyone like this all the time.
Best pizza we have ever had! Moved to Pueblo a year ago and sorry we didn't visit sooner. Will definitely be repeat customers.
