Website showed open at 10 on Saturday. We arrived at 10:40 and were asked to leave because they didn't open till 11. Boo! Update your info or practice a bit of customer service.
Food is good most of the time. I have tried them a few times and the take out was bad. I understand there is a shortage of people willing to work for low wages. But when you advertise that you are having a watch party for a huge sporting event and have both indoor and outdoor seating, I would think that you would also have enough staff to serve even half of the crowd. We waited nearly 2 hours for 2 appetizers and a burger. We also waited an hour for 3 waters, a beer, and one mixed drink. We had to get up to get our own plates and silverware when the food came. If you wanted another drink, you had to get up and find one of two servers because they were busy serving everyone else and tending bar. There were 2 cooks and one expediter. They all seemed to be comfortable with having so many customers with no one to serve them. I don't blame them but there was no sense of urgency to get anything or follow up with customers.Since we were there for about 4 hours with 6 people, we had planned on ordering more appetizers and drinks. Considering how long it took to get the first round, we decided not to order anything else. They ran out of cups and we had to wait for them to wash more for one extra beer. I don't blame the staff because they had a completely full house. Despite the convenient location and specials they advertise, we will not be visiting again.
Last Monday my friend and I met to have lunch at this establishment. Prior to my friend's arrival I sat down and the waitress gave me two menus. Another waitress grabbed one of the menus and I asked for another one, the waitress gave me a look of contempt.Before my friend and I were done with our meal our waitress asked if we were paying cash or credit, implying it was time for us to leave.I have been a patron at this establishment since they have opened and have never received this kind of treatment. If this is the kind of behavior that is accepted from the employees I can get a beer and food somewhere else. This treatment is inexcusable and appalling.
Came to eat and watch the NHL playoffs game. The waitress refused to turn the TV on change the channels or acknowledge that we were actually trying to watch the game & service sucks the food was good but I would never recommend this place to anybody until they change the waitress!!! Actually the dark haired tatted one was good the light blonde haired one was all bad though.
My wife and I were seated and it took the waitress 15 minutes to acknowledge us. Then took her 10 minutes to take our order, when she finally took our order another 10 minutes later. She never checked on us asked for a tall beer and she said none of those glasses were clean. Our order sat for 15 minutes and she was too busy talking. We finally got tired of waiting and walked out.

Not exactly sure if they really wanted to sign up with door dash or not, BUT you did. So when someone orders there dasher should not have to sit there and wait for 30 minutes before asking where our food is and it hasn't even been started! We ordered our food at 6:45pm yesterday and the RESTURANT did not confirm our order until 7:30. That's 45 minutes that this lovely dasher stayed and waited for our food! Not acceptable. I won't be ordering from here again.
got triple charged and no action has yet to be taken. decent food and service was a little bit slow but its expected with the shortages everywhere.
Unbelievably slow and terrible service. Been here for an hour and a half and the waiter has barely even looked at us. It’s been nearly impossible to get our drinks filled and we have had to practically walk to the bar just to get service or to pay for our service. Just so disappointing. Don’t plan on being back
I'm not sure why such bad reviews because me and my family loved the Green Chili. Finally a place that has spicy green chili that doesn't taste like gravy- chili. We order and share that as an appetizer. It comes with flour tortillas 3. A side of cheese and onions if desired which we do. Honestly this green chili is the chili we have been looking for since moving to Pueblo. As far as food... we get the cream cheese chili burger w sweet pot fries. It was moist. Flavorful and we all enjoyed it. The server was on top of service, incredibly nice and fast to make sure drinks never went empty. I strongly recommend the Stone IPA as it pairs perfectly with the chili and cream cheese burger. Don't hesitate to come here due to bad reviews. Come for the chili and stay for the amazing cold beer, music and ?. Best chili in pueblo finally!!!!
