This place is a joke. I guess the entire staff was smoking weed out back or something when we showed up to eat. Two people in the building. Ordered and waited twenty minutes... then all of a sudden they were fully staffed. The place closes at ten and as we are dining in the employees were discouraging guest to eat and refusing to take their orders an hour before closing.

My kids and I went to Fazolis last Saturday for dinner. Up until then, it had probably been at least 5 years since I ate there. I got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, as did my younger son. My older son got pizza. I thought the chicken had good flavor, but the fettuccine wasn't my favorite dish. Oddly enough, my son really liked it, and said it tasted better than Olive Garden (not even close, imo). One area I did think was better than OG, though, was the bread sticks. The ones at Fazolis just taste softer, with more butter. OG, from what I remember, was good, but still firmly 2nd.The guy that helped us that night, though, gave one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. He was patient, giving us time to look over the menu without feeling rushed, and when we had questions, was quick to answer them. His entire demeanor was friendly, laid back, and approachable.Perhaps the most important trait, however, was that he didn't make us feel like we were "putting them out", when my son wanted to order something close to the closing time. Since, COVID, a lot of businesses start shutting everything down way earlier than their stated closing time, which I find ridiculous. Even though they were starting to shut stuff down as we walked up, when we asked if they could still make the item my son was wanting, he, without hesitation, said, "of course." That's what real customer service looks like, and this guy knocked it out of the park, so much so, that my 12 year old son commented on it. If he wasn't a Manager, he definitely has what it takes to be one, and wouldn't doubt that he would be at some point, there or anywhere else.

Cheaper version of Olive garden. Has pretty good breadsticks, and the $6 lunch is definitely worth the price you pay for it. Love that they have Mr. Pibb instead of Dr. Pepper. I will always go there if I see that over other food places because I like to eat a quick noodle lunch, either in the drive-thru or sit inside, instead of having to pay a high price tag for a restaurant. It's cheaper than noodles& company too. And like I said, they even have a drive-thru so you don't even have to go in like all those other places.

Really great Italian food and surprisingly fast for how good the food is. The place is relatively cheap as well, my meal was only $15. Everyone goes to the Chick-fil-A across the street which makes this place not crowded.

We've never been to Pueblo before and was STARVING after driving for hours, so I looked up some local food and found this place!! Drive thru pasta?! What an awesome concept! Some of the reviews seem nit picky tbh. We ordered the baked spaghetti, mozzarella skewers and some breadsticks and OMG SO DAMN GOOD. Literally blown away by the serving sizes, flavor and hotness/freshness, I was full FAST LMAO. I meant to ask the name of the cashier at the drive thru, but was obviously too distracted eating to remember to go back LOL. My receipt says Trinity J! Her and her team KILLED IT. Hella good food and great customer service! If you're hesitant to come here because you've never heard of drive thru pasta, stop judging a book by its cover and come try it!

The food was good, we got the $5 & under, my husband did feel that the bread sticks were a bit too salty whish is a miracle

I visited this Fazolis last night. There was a misunderstanding with the price of what I ordered. When I got to the window to pay, the young man, I believe his name was Will, was amazing. I know the fast food industry can be hectic & even more so the last couple of years, but he didn't miss a beat with the courtesy & professionalism. I just needed him to be recognized. Also the food was hot, fresh & delicious like all of my other experiences at your location.

Food was not cooked well, my lasagna was burnt and they put extra sauce on top to hide it.... honestly the last two times I've been to this location I've been beyond disappointed so I doubt I go back. The quality of food had gotten awful, which sucks because Fazoli's has always been one of my favorites.

We normally love eating here... but this time I have to give two stars because I decided to try something different. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad and they forgot the chicken... but there is a cut up bread stick in it, I thought that was weird... really makes me sad cause we live out of town and can't go back to have them make it right...My boyfriends food is good though.

Genuinely the worst place I've ordered from. My salad had more bread than chicken and was the size of a side salad. The pasta my partner ordered was obviously microwaved and disgusting. The bread sticks were mediocre but at least edible. Save yourself the trouble and eat literally anywhere else.
