I took my granddaughters for donuts on Saturday and they just loved them!We went thru the drive thru and it was quick and easy.We'll definitely be back!

I maybe hit dunkin once a month. Every time staff is rude , and either donuts are wrong or they are out and put whatever in. Have yet to have a positive experience
Probably will get food poisoning DON'T GO HERE,if you look at the other reviews there's a reason why they're the only Dunkin' donuts in town because they have the worst service, they can't even get an order straight let alone take the order, while ordering the male cashier was goofing off and laughing the whole time. I was trying to give an order for my food and instead of actually paying attention I had to repeat myself three times and then when I went to the front register not a single person paid attention. Instead I had gotten laughed at by a white girl with jagged teeth wearing glasses telling me that "this isn't subway you don't have to have it you're way!" All I wanted was omelet bites, I have never been so disrespected at this place and I have the video and photos to show.
Waited quite a bit for the food order so thought it was going to be fresh. The food was awful. Tasted really bad and was soggy as though day old food was microwaved. Threw all the food out! They should just stick to donuts!
This was an excellent start to my morning. Order an apple fritter which looks awesome. Be sure to stop if you're staying overnight in the neighborhood or if you are a local. Customer service was absolutely excellent and the timing was very quick.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. A.J. hooked me up with some awesome frozen coffees! This place was CLEAN and smelled of fresh coffee and donuts. Makes my mouth water. Great place for your fix.
I agree with what someone previously mentioned in their review that the cashier “here are always very polite“. However, the hasbrowns were undercooked, the croissant was burnt and smelled, and despite ordering a hot cocoa mocha it came out cold (not iced more like someone threw it in a microwave for 30 seconds and called it good ?). Do not recommend unless you prefer to have food poisoning.
In their defense, the workers here are always very polite and apologetic. I want to like this location because it's very convenient where I work, so I've tried it about four times now. Every single time I end up with stuff that is not what I ordered. I use the mobile app and drive-through, and EVERY time they are out of whatever donut I pick, and they've only gotten my drink right one time out of the four. During lunch hours (12:30-1:00), with only one or two other cars in the drive through, it takes an average of 15 minutes to get through the drive through, even with ordering ahead on the mobile app.
First coffee ice was warm and tasted very different from my usual , second replacement had some kind of soap taste returned that one ..the third idn I was scared to drink it for reason of the soap in the second one. Was it with intent because I didn't like the first one . This was later in day today Feb 19 20,22 Is there another dd in Pablo I don't think I ever want to go there again. My coffee is still full I'm my car I felt like they put something weird in it because the second one was definitely soapy it was really strange.
