I order cinnamon twist from here with icing I said on the phone with “icing“ They didn’t have the icing then I call them back and said there was no icing they said they would have the driver come back in never did.I want what I paid for!

Tried delivering our order to the wrong house, had the wrong address on the receipt, and assumed it wasn’t my order. Called because they didn’t give us our drink and Michael (the guy who answered the phone) tried to say we messed up and was super unprofessional, drive left it on the front porch couldn’t even ring our doorbell
I order a pizza,wanted thin crust, got to store it was hand tossed.msnager Alisha .asked do I want it or not and told me it was responsibility to make sure I told them I wanted thin crust. She was very cocky.
We order every Friday. Love the service and the food.

The last time I ordered from this location was better than the first. I am allergic to mushrooms and onions and specifically stated so. But received my food full of mushrooms and onions. So I went without dinner that night. But this location has been improving.

These are our "alfredo" bread bowls. We live far out from domino's and have to drive-in to pick it up. When we called Michael the "manager" Was so disrespectful it was not funny. He implied that we were lying as though we could somehow remove the sauce from these noodles, and hung up on us. I'm waiting for a call from another manager but given Michael's demeanor I highly doubt that will happen. The advice that they give our money back but at this point it is late, we are hungry, and we have been treated been treated like garbage by an employee. Look at these noodles and see if you think they ever had any Alfredo on them because Michael assured us that we were incorrect and his manager had made the order. The poor dinner experience was bad but the customer service was absolutely tragic. I hope that Michael does not answer the phones regularly. If you see this review please pass the pictures to Michael So he can see That not only was he wrong for calling a customer a liar but he is in fact incorrect.
Great service, not along wait, And most importantly, I ordered pizza, wings and dessert bread. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious.
