Food was delicious service was on point environment is chill cozy and friendly. Was in and out pretty quickly. Hidden Jem for sure.

I don't know what kind of secret recipe goes into making your pizza. But it's the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life! From the dough to the sauce to the toppings to cooked perfectly. My hat is off to this place.
Our community is so incredibly blessed to have such an amazing restaurant with delicious food and the most amazing caring people who work there. These are always going above and beyond to help in so many different ways! Thanks for being an amazing part of our community!

Went for the first time because we wanted to try a local eatery for our monthly date night, was not disappointed. The staff is friendly and polite. The food was excellent and the drinks tasted phenomenal. The bartender is very good. The food was so good I didn't want to stop eating and refused to share. If you do visit this establishment for food, I do suggest you have a large appetite or be willing to share. The portion size of my entree, the appetizer and my husband's entree could feed 2+ people, each.
We ordered pizza for take out. We got it home and it was beautiful to look at smelled good. The taste was another story. The dough was thick, undercooked and full of sugar. Pizza should be savory, not sweet. The sauce might have been full of sugar too. Pueblo Best may have had a tablespoon of green chile, hardly any with no flavor. I don't mind paying more for quality food. This was not quality. 4 of us tried it and all 4 agree.
The pizza crust is more bread like and sweet. Not what I call a pizza crust. The toppings were good but a little on the light side, which was not enough for me. I was excited to try their pizza as they state, "Best pizza in Pueblo!" This is hardly a fact and is more of an advertising gimmick. I've had better pizza at several pizza restaurants in the area from local places. Even the quick pizza places make better pizza. If you go here, don't get the pizza. Out of the four people who had two different pizzas, not a single person like the pizza. So that should be four bad ratings. The pizza is very expensive and it took a long time to get it (55 minutes).
My husband and I went had the best time here on a long over due date night. This place is so welcoming and adorable! The staff is friendly and the place is clean! Autumn was our server and she was absolutely wonderful. If i could give more stars i would! We look forward to visiting again and trying more dishes.
