Went there for lunch today, crowded as usual, and only 2 people working that we could see. These girls were super nice, accurate, fast and patient. We had 4 full meals with 2 milk shakes and the girls working were amazing! Many thanks to them!!!
Dirty tables all over. The chili cheese dog meal I ordered had the chili cheese on the top of the box the hotdog was in ?. The fries were not good. My husband ordered the chicken finger meal, and the toast was missing. He also ordered ice cream that they forgot to give him. He had to go back to get that. The food was a disappointment!
Friendly place. Ya gotta see the drive up. Its right next to another building. Almost 2 close. I don't think the drive up was in original plans. Gets some ice cream have fun in that drive up
Gravy was a bit thin but it was hot and fresh! Sweet tea needs a bit more love! But overall good!
Ordered in drive through. Was greeted promptly, menu was easy to read. The employee working the drive through window was also making orders but she greeted us, repeated the order and it took a couple minutes to get our food but it was made right and we enjoyed it. Will return.
I have been here many times during the past few months. When we went on Mothers day. It was the worst its ever been. People were waiting while staff were goofing off behind the bar. I ordered a cheese burger and bbn it was cold. I decided with the line that came behind me wasnt going to get there and probably would end up with as another cold one. Always have had decent and prompt service during the day. Just wont go that late anymore. Perhaps next time I can give them a higher star review.
Hot weather long drive and A quick snack.Chocolate Softserve dipped and a small Mr. Misty reset the Body for the Trip home.Cleanest DQ ever and that's Hard to say as Each DQ are Amazing. If we are in Pueblo Again. .We will stop by.
The menu is difficult to read and dated in appearance. I was charged 30.29 for an order that should have cost $25.29.I was charged $0.50 for a sauce I didn't recieve. I was not given a reciept. The food was hot and well seasons however.I was given gift cards by an associate so that I could review this franchise WITHOUT wasting money.I will NOT spend any of my hard earned money here
I've never been so insulted. The toilet required a key. Went to clerk and was told I was told I had to buy something first.I had intended to buy but l would have speed my pantsbefore getting through the line.I'll not trade at the Diary Queen in Pueblo, CO.
This location has to be one of the best DQ ... every time I take my family there it is clean and the staff is so nice... the food always taste great .. the preparation for the food is much better then the other location around Pueblo.
