Actually the best fast food place I've been to in Pueblo in years! Kids were great, friendly and food fresh and quick!

Food was horrible, gravy was old. Took awhile to get my food. The worse part was the whole place smelled like sewer! COME ON GUYS! ?
Well when I order my food I asked can I have mail ketchup and mustard no tomatoes you know I mean oh my sandwich and can it be fresh but when I got my food they had an unused in tomatoes on it and I'm like I don't want this but before I had the opportunity to give them the food back I took some things off the burger so I can know if it is the same sandwich and I Ask the manager can I have a fresh sandwich street from off the grill manager reply yes sir but when I received my food it was the same Burger but just taking the tomato and onion and cheese off and replaced it with another meet on top of the old one and I asked the manager did you fix my sandwich from scratch again reply yes but I know it was the same one and I had to show him the evidence how I knew it was the same sandwich so don't go here please what's the time
The food was fresh and hot it was very clean in the restaurant. The restroom was very clean for a fast food restaurant to have a clean bathroom that says alot about the management. The staff were very friendly and nice also. I will be going back to this restaurant.
Never greeted by 5 employees, order finally taken after 8 minutes. Sat at one of numerous dirty tables, the dining room was not being cleaned. Brought our order out one item at a time, everyone was finished when our granddaughter received her item. My son’s chocolate shake was as liquidy as an iced coffee, he threw it in the trash. He didn’t bring it to their attention because it would have made the wait even longer. Will not visit this location again. Absolutely the worse service ever.
I've called 14 times and get the old busy signal. I just ordered seventy bucks worth of food and ice cream. At the window I was given my cone and 1 blizzard. I was asked to park for the rest. When the young lady came to the car, she had some more of my order. I explained what I was missing, which was a lot. She went back in to figure it out. While she's doing that my hot food is getting cold and my cold is warming. The young lady returns with some more items. Yet again I'm missing a shake. Getting home to see we were still missing items. I've tried calling to speak to the manager Richard but can't get through. We did get an empty cone that I guess we can fill at home????
Never again. I went here on a Sunday evening to get a blizzard and it wasn't made right. Hardly any ingredients, plain ice cream and the syrup wasn't mixed properly in properly. Not worth $7.00 of my hard earned money.
I have asked several times for hot fudge in my Sunday but I get chocolate syrup instead. And it's not enough at that
I just want to give a big shout out to Utah, he was running around doing a million things and still gave great customer service. I don’t think we appreciate how much fast food workers have to go through. Through the chaos he even thought to put my blizzard in the freezer while waiting for the food rather than let it sit on the counter. It was warm in there, looked short staffed, and constant stream through the drive thru, but they held it together so well!
I usally only go here for a chocolate malt or a tropical blizzard. They are a little expensive but very good except they put whip cream on my malt. Prefer it without. Didn't ask me.
