This place never disappoints when they are actually open. Ice cream is great, toppings are great but I find it unacceptable and inexcusable the reasons they close at bank time. They always seem to give up at the slightest form of adversity or do they just take the McDonald’s ice cream machine approach.

They served us melted ice cream. Horrible!

Waffle cone pieces were larger than I would have liked.

Had the orange ice cream with chocolate sauce! Yum! Eli had vanilla. Thank youvRandy and staff for welcoming us.

My husband and I recently went into this location for the first time since after he suffered a broken leg from a motorcycle accident. We planned ice cream and a movie that night! When we walked in we were greeted by a nice man named Aaron who prepared our dessert. He was very friendly, making conversation and by bringing out my husbands ice cream as I was preoccupied with mine ? when I went to pay he stated our ice cream was on the house! How sweet was he?! We thanked him and tipped, I told him I would definitely write a review on the generosity. We are Thankful for people like Aaron at cold stone in Pueblo! ☺️

Just pure heaven and melts in your mouth.

My mom ordered me a cake from this location because I had never tried one and the Dairy Queen cakes were a little too pricey for our tastes. I will now be a lifetime customer. Even though they messed up a bit on the decorations (which they compensated my mom for by fully refunding the order with no questions asked) the cake make the party! It was so rich and creamy, I was genuinely impressed.

There was a little bit of wait but so worth itemizing! Amazing flavors!

Visited on 9/5/21. Line of 19 waiting in the store to get their orders taken. Waited 45 minutes. Place was dirty, service was ridiculously slow, and even the Door Dash delivery drivers were complaining about not being acknowledged. One guy was doing all the work initially while his supervisor was in the back making personal phone calls, and initially felt sorry for the guy,(Learned he was named Bryan, after hearing the supervisor call his name everytime she walked out on him), but feeling sorry for him ended when he repeatedly stopped his work to BS with customers about his personal life, and really didn't care about what he was doing. Supervisor later admitted that she sent all other employees home after Bryan had said they were busy all night. Then watched the supervisor hand a customer the restroom key, and went back to make our order without washing her hands. If Coldstone has any pride, they'll get rid of both those employees to preserve the companies reputation. They are not good for business.
