Food was prepared a bit sloppy but it tasted great. Most employees are upbeat, but the guy topping off the bowls looked bored.
We eat at chipotle a lot, this is the worse ran chipotle in Colorado! There is never more than one person on the line, even though the line is out the door, and the other employees are all standing around goofing off. Again with the line out the door, this happens EVERY time we come to this chipotle. We’ve been in line for 40 min and are still not at the counter.Go to any of the other restaurants near!!
This place is always good and legit. There has never been any raw or foodborne illness issues at this location. I even got this order takeout for someone else's lunch. So in other words I've got full confidence. I think from here on I'll just have to provide pictures!

If ordering delivery you're lucky to get your order correct if even get the order at all. It's a 50/50 shot on whether or not you can even order online, and even once placed they'll cancel it on you anyways.
Went in at 930 on a Friday to get a chicken burrito. They were out after the customer in front of me and wouldn’t make anymore. If you close at 10 maybe have enough product until 10. Some people work until 9 and want to get something to eat on their way home. Next time I feel like spending my money I will go elsewhere.Btw. Pueblo Chipotle is the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been to. They have messed up my order every time I have gone there. The owners obviously don’t care about the quality of their food or appearance. Do yourself and your stomach a favor and go somewhere else. These guys are 100% trash
So I normally i love Chipotle and my favorite thing to get from there is a steak Bowl. However I ordered it last night cuz I haven't had it in a while I'm talking months so I was like mmm yum....well I got my order delivered and my steak was more like a fat bowl. Yuk, and for the cost being so high I am disappointed ?
Good food but DO NOT order online before going. We've ordered online three times in the past month and you have to wait in the online order line and sometimes they don't make the food till you get to the front of the online order line, and last time they gave us someone else's food.I mean their food is amazing, it's just complicated and time consuming to get.
We were there about 12:30, and I let the first person helping me know that my son had food allergies so he washed his hands, switched gloves, and switched utensils and was really kind to us. I really appreciated it because we had just been to the hospital the day before due to food allergies.
On the one day I decide to get Chipotle there is a catering order evidentially just dropped on the restaurant. The manager chose to keep the doors locked and delay all preorders that were paid for in advance on line. I have no problem waiting if we are given updates on the situation. I understand they is a shortage of workers in the industry but I paid for food I expected to get at a specific time as I have a job and other responsibilities too, and immediately the person behind the register maybe the manager was rude. I asked for a refund and she started spouting out a phone number and website to get a refund. As a former customer, I will be sharing this experience and that fact preorders only mean money in chipotle's pocket and not the service and food that was purchased.
