Visited for the first time and was so impressed!! Delicious food!!! We had a cheeseburger, grilled chicken sandwich & lemon pepper wings. It was all amazing and the french fries & sweet potato fries were great!!! Will definitely be eating there again! Waitress was friendly and attentive. Thanks for dinner!
Went to your Fowler location yesterday Saturday April 9 to have super with the entire family. No one acknowledged us when we came in and for at least 45 minutes and many passes of staff we still had been given menus or had our drink orders taken. After an hour and no contact we were leaving. We were told that the wait is about selling more alcohol than food and we weren’t or the bar side their for we will not be coming back. Fowler needs a goo restaurant but keep up the terrible service and it will fail. The people of the town are you repeat business and they are the ones you are alienating good luck hope you get things turned around before we see an other business fail.
First I called the number listed for them, a woman answered yelled the line doesn't work hung up on me. I got another number for the kitchen through the help of Grub Hub. I ordered my burger well done no pink, there was pink in my burger. I stated I needed mayo as well as ketchup none came with the meal. Also my burger was in my boyfriends order and his burger was in my order wasnt even correct. Overall everything was gross it wasnt worth the money paid also have customer service rudely hanging up on me too! I will never order from here again.
Food was good, I ordered a California burger and the rest of my family ordered burgers as well. However, after all of us ate the burgers, we got some mild stomach aches. Not the end of the world, but stomach problems are stomach problems. Concerned about health and safety in the kitchen as well. Other than that, good tasting food. Just health concerns. If you are always concerned about that I don’t recommend going to this place.
Philly Cheese Steak. The meat was very tender and full of flavor. Fries Homemade and cooked perfectly well. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will diffently be back to try there Hamburgers that another customer raved over.
Easily the worst service I've had in years. Saturday at 12:30 and the place is empty. We are literally the only patrons in the place besides two guys at the bar drinking. Now I know why. This place is TERRIBLE. The service and the food belong on kitchen nightmares. Our drinks were empty 90% of the time we were there and I mean not a single refill. They won't be here in 6 months.Cherry on top was the raw chicken they brought us.
Went here once for the $10 burger and beer deal. Food was good, service was decent. Second time we came by, we had a waitress her name is Lexi. She pulled out her cellphone in the middle of us talking to her. She then went behind the bar and talked very loudly about her personal life with a friend sitting at the counter. When she did come back to take our order she pulled out her cellphone again while we were ordering. She then had another friend come distract her because we didn't receive our food for 25 minutes. All we ordered was wings and fried mushrooms. During our wait we heard her talking about unprofessional things from across the room and multiple times her coworkers calling for her to answer the phone and tend to customers that were waiting at the register. When we got our food it was room temperature. I hope for the success of Chelsey's by ridding themselves of this waitress. There are so many good reviews on this place and I hope I can some day experience what others got to.
If I could give zero stars I would. I don't even know where to start but I wouldn't go back again. The bathroom smelled like bleach, the toilets were broken and the stalls didn't close or lock. We ordered chicken for our kids off the menu and I am glad we had a back up because it was raw. My husband ordered a beer and got his order but when his bottle sat empty at the edge of the table it did just that and no offer was given to bring another. The table for the booth was dirty and was smaller than the seats at the booth so really uncomfortable to dine in. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to any one not for food and not for service.
Great burgers and beer with excellent service. Our pickleball group eats here every Monday after playing. We ask where do u want to go Chelsey's is the pick.
Pretty good food honestly, and I'd go as far as to say that the burgers are in the top 5 in Pueblo, however the owner was very rude and condescending towards some women while I was there. That is unacceptable to treat people like that. The biggest thing holding this restaurant back is the owner.
